This season has seen quite a few twists and turns! And I must say that I personally find it very exciting!
After a long time, Milan has managed to return to the top of Serie A, something that hasn't happened since the Rossoneri last won the Scudetto.
Who knows how long they will be able to compete with the other contenders.
For example, the next big match will be Napoli vs Inter, which will once again shake up the top of the table.

Milan has a player this season who has reignited the competition for the title, and that player is Luca Modric. He is 40 years old, but his performance in several AC Milan matches this season has left me wondering, is he really 40?
Of course, this is because his spirit and physicality in playing for 90 minutes do not look like those of a 40-year-old player.

Napoli vs. Inter Milan is a big match in Round 8. In Round 8, AC Milan will face Pisa. Therefore, AC Milan could benefit from staying at the top of the standings because AC Milan is stronger than Pisa.

I can't say Milan are the most impressive team in scoring stats. But you don't need to be at top in such stats to become the champion of course. Just like we have a Napoli example from last season. 

They are currently one of the best teams in defense. Only 4 goals conceded. But I must say this. Fiorentina could have stolen points from them for real. It wasn't an easy win for Milan.

Clearly Leão was the savior with 2 goals. What a return by him though!

Milan "was" the leader before last week too, they just took it back, proving that we are both at the start of the season which means even one game means a lot when you are this early into the season, but also showing that Milan is doing far better than last year. Napoli is not giving up yet, yes this was a bad game and yes they were suppose to win this, but shit happens and they are still very close.

Just one point difference between Napoli and Milan, so it is obvious that Milan is not comfortable where they are at the moment and there is a chance that we could see them end up getting the first place back. I still think they are the best candidates to win the league and Milan will do better than last year but not win the league.

Allegri's system is well-known. He likes to tend to defending more than scoring a lot of goals. Milan's scoring is still not bad of course but I won't be surprised to see a lot of wins by 1 or 2 goals during the whole season.

For now their defending is in a really good shape. Milan should easily be able to defeat Pisa as well next time. But after that one they have 2 tough matches to play consecutively against Atalanta and Roma. We will see how serious they are in this title race in these matches.

AC Milan lacks a goal-hungry striker, making it difficult for them to score many goals in every match. However, that's not a major problem, as long as other players can contribute, that's a good thing, as every team always aims for three points.
AC Milan is striving to improve, and a win this week is crucial for them, as they have secured the lead in the standings. The Scudetto race this season is still quite difficult to predict, as the points gap is so close.

In the most anticipated game of last weekend, Inter defeated Roma in Rome, with a modest 1-0 win, giving them their 4th league win in a row and helping them maintain the 1 point gap that separates them from the table leader, AC Milan.
AS Roma still has the best defence in Serie A, but that defence wasn't quite enough to stop Inter, who have the best attack in the league.

Half of the matches of round 7 ended up with draws, and 4 of them were goalless draws. The only game that had more than 2 goals was Milan Vs Fiorentina (won by Milan 2-1). So this round was not the most entertaining one, but hopefully the next one will be better.

Juventus at least towards the end of last season improved a bit and heading into this season they have also been better than how they started last season, that's why against Como some of thought they were going to get something out of the game but it ended in a shock 2 - 0 score line in favour of Como. Although, Como since last season has really impressed and to some other person the fact that they won won't be surprising but for the fact that Juventus couldn't even score at least one goal.

AC Milan is definitely capable of competing in big four. However, when it comes to competing for the championship, AC Milan is still far behind Napoli or Inter. They don't have a number 9 center forward. The only addition to the midfield is Luca Modric, who is already old. And the season is still long, with only 7 games played so far.

Napoli Lost the game at last, like I wasn't expecting such poor performance from them I was actually thinking Napoli could win the game but I think I was all wrong in that prediction, where I lost hope on that game was when I saw the odd, it was quite confusing and at that moment I changed my mind set from Napoli winning to a draw match but luck ran out of their side and they lost the game, I just hope they do more better in their next game or should I say this performance is because of the UEFA Champions League game? Whatever may be the cause I just hope they come back stronger next game.

Antonio Conte knows how to set up a team; he has a very professional approach and is very successful at it. You saw in the season when he arrived that he won Serie A. I agree with you that he might push the players too hard at all costs, but if he didn?t, he wouldn?t get results.

Antonio Conte is famous for pushing players to the limit and he does it very well, that's why Napoli is winning and last year won the Scudetto, clearly he has to do this if he wants to be at the top, but then he must know and realize that the players will tire sooner and could run into physical problems as is happening.

It’s good to see that AC Milan have really improved their game and are back to being seen as title contenders. Modric and the other new additions has helped their dwindling form come up, I never expected much from Luka Modric in the Serie A, I thought he was just gonna be substitution player to support the team depth but he’s turning into an integral part of the midfield and has proven why he’s a former Ballon D’or winner and still has much to give.
Lukaku isn’t that much of a threat to make you say Napoli would be beating every team once he’s back. Rasmus Holjund has fit in perfectly into the Napoli set up, it might be a good competition once Lukaku is back but Conte will always prefer him.

Well in this case I did expect a lot from Modric, he said it, he said that Milan wants it to be like Madrid, a totally good team and to be recognized again, so I think that his contributions are not only on the pitch but also in the morale and in the confidence that he gives to his team, that's what an ex-Madrid player does, with Lukaku I see him as a strong player who can win a match at any moment , he's dangerous, he's something to be careful of.

It doesn’t matter if new Allegri or old Allegri the most important thing is to bring AC Milan back to where they belong and so far he is doing a good job. No one would believe in a very shot period of time, especially with what is available at Milan that they would have an identity under him already. Allegri is very familiar with the Italian league and he knows exactly what he needs to do to win the Scudetto. I admire him a lot and his style of play, he his a typical Italian coach just like Conte and that why you see they are always dominating the league.

An easy win for AC Milan when they play Pisa, it doesn’t have to be fancy, a win is all that is required, it could even be a 1-0 win and it okay, at this stage now all Milan need is picking 3 points in every game and nothing less.

I don't know what I dislike more about him: the fact that he had a hair transplant or the fact that he always blames others for his mistakes.
Both are things that define him for the man he is: a crybaby and nothing more.

but if we compare what he is doing now with what he did last year, last season the results are much poorer than when Motta was there.
So ironically they are now doing much worse than before,they have to be very careful if they want to win they have to take cover

Missing some players will impact your team, but I do not think it will impact this much. I am sure Napoli will get better, they just need a bit of a time but they will get there and won't face any issues. The biggest trouble they have right now is to not understand the way things are running at the moment, but if they do know what to do then we are going to get the best out of this.

Napoli isn't playing badly, they are still very close to the top and their players will return so when they are back then we are going to see a Napoli that will be hard to stop. They may have lost some points, but when everyone is back, I can see them go on a winning streak, because they are that good. We just need to wait for them to get healthy again for that to happen.

AC Milan are top of the Seria A after defeating Fiorentina today 2-1, it was a game I almost thought they lost but 2  goals from Leao gave them all 3 points. I think it time the fans start believing that they can actually win the scudetto this season, with Rapheal Leao back now I think he his going to fill in that pulisic space until he get back from injury.

I really feel for fiorentina this season, this is a team that performed very well last season both in the league and the conference league but now they are struggling to even stay off the relegation zone. Something needs to change very fast, they just need to get to winning ways. Moise kean in particular needs to start taking his chances to help the team because at the end goals win games.

ACF Fiorentina football team performance was very poor against AC Milan football team as they did only 1 goal in this match And we saw no goal by that team but that was best chance for them to do goals at that time And we saw first goal of the match at the start of second half and after that we saw opponent team performance which was top class in this match. One player did back to back 2 goals in this match and made match totally one sided and that was Leão and he did his first goal at 63 minutes of the match when that was requirement of the team And at that time, match was draw but after that we saw another goal in this match.Leão did his second goal at 86 minutes and that goal was at penalty and we saw win of that team.

Player injuries have hampered Napoli's performance, as they have become so closely aligned with Lukaku as their finishing force. However, his absence means Napoli are without their goal machine.

However, Napoli could regain first place in Serie A, but they will need to perform exceptionally well before Lukaku returns.

Currently, AC Milan has taken over the top spot after Napoli dropped points in Week 7 of the Serie A season. Meanwhile, Inter Milan is one point behind AC Milan.
Therefore, if Napoli drops points again, it would be as if they had thrown away their best opportunity at the start of the season.
