I'm honestly very pleasantly surprised with the attitude of the buyPND.com operator.
Had an issue (my fault - I did not read the limit on the unverified buys) with a very large order not being transferred to my wallet address.
Immediately after placing my order, I received an e-mail (that was unfortunately sent to my spam folder and was not discovered for 2 days) explaining what would happen to my ordered coins. I contacted support today, and they were very polite, sympathetic, and understanding of my dilemma. My problem was promptly resolved. A very professional experience.

Yes, they're really good about customer support. The first day that domain was functional I ordered a large amount of panda, around $100, which is over what you could buy without verification. I tried to contact them and resolve the issue, but they just sent it through for me. That probably only happened because it was launch day but it was still very nice of them. |
