not saying its op purpose, but they messed up trading too, this morning was screenshot linked on irc of guy putting a trade, then cancelling it and he suddenly had double the amount of his trade, he then sold it and withdrew btc. thats not just incompetent 
still no response on ticket i created for 2 btc

I got a response after 45(!) hours for my ticket which is almost an insult.
