Not sure... I never used them. Rather this is the first time I heard about them and then searched Google to find out the news of their seizure.

Do I have to verify in BTC-e, if I only deposit Bitcoin, trade it for fiat and then again for Bitcoin, so I only deposit and withdraw in Bitcoin?

Exchanges that charge more than 0.3% of fees are mercenaries!

Use Huobi or OKcoin, deposit BTC, withdrawn, and operate without a fee. So they have the largest volume http://exchangewar.info/

They do not charge any fees, only to retreat into yuan, which you will not do, just deposit or withdrawn BTC.

I wouldn't go with Chinese exchanges. Who knows what their government will plot this time.

deposit BTC there, trade it until get profit
and withdraw using BTC, not fiat?

I mainly trade on BTC-E. If I were a whale, I might have to trade elsewhere, since their order book isn't super thick. But alas, I am not, and only trade with a couple dozen BTC at a time.

It is true that there is no tx fee in many Chinese exchanges, but I am not really comfortable sending my money/bitcoin to them...
Plus, if something bad happened, I am not sure what will the procedure and outcome be, as the legal system in China is very different from the western world.

If you are doing bank transfer to the trader within the same bank, the whole transaction can be done in minutes.

I never heard of it as well.
After doing some searches, it seems the domain www.wm-center.com is seized and there is another exchange www.wm-center.es.
Not sure if they are related or not, and not sure if it is legit. Smiley

BTC-E is the best. Here are the reasons:

1. One of the oldest exchanges
2. Located outside the EU / US
3. Ease of deposits / withdrawals
4. Availability of other crypto-currencies
5. Right now, the largest BTC volumes.
6. Never been hacked or DDoSed.

Useful information, I can use it for my exchanges
Not quite.

BTCE gets DDOSed all the time -- LOL. and they have been hacked as well -- they lost a good deal of coins a few years ago, but i believe they paid everyone out. hopefully, they have good security measures in place at this point.
