You don't need to trust any, not even the localbitcoins.com. I never store any of my coins in the exchanges. I use them only for trading. Even if someone steals all the coins, we'll be safe.  |

I think that is not required when one is using P2P exchange. You still need to deposit BTC to localbitcoins if you want to sell BTC. Yes, but the overall process @ a P2P exchange is far faster than a real time bidding exchange. |

Using bitstamp.net. very reliable,had problems with btc-e before.
