That's bullshit. Nobody can lose that much weight and get that ripped in a month.
For this it would take months even if you trained 4-5 times a week. Besides it is not healthy to lose a lot of weight quickly either.

i think that you need a lot of protien and the protien a i mean is meat. ya you can live without it but in all seriousnous how do you feel after eating a steak. amazing and it taste better than anything what about lobster. its all delicious and ment to be eaten and consumed and enjoyed by us

That's subjective; not everybody feels that good after eating a steak Wink
And there's no predefined meaning in this world, it's silly to say that animals are meant to be eaten.

He didnt gain those muscles in 28 days, he just lost fat so you can see them.

Ripped or not has almost nothing to do with muscles, its mainly about your body fat percentage

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

It says vegan body-building not vegan weight-loss challenge, and I also said lose weight, but you can't just lose weight and you suddenly become 'ripped', but yes you need to lose the body fat as well.

That's idiotic. It's weight loss from reduced caloric intake. You could do the same on bacon, if you ate little enough. It's just easier to with shit that has so little caloric content.

I'd think everthing in moderation is a rule of thumb when it comes to eating meat or anything else.

World' Fattest Woman - 728lbs! Is a VEGAN?!? Eats only VEGETABLES?!?

Vegans more likely to die from heart attack, stroke, cancer, diabetes, etc than MEAT EATERS?!?

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG Omg this is the only truth

You do realize that you should be losing only 250-500g (a bit more, depending on where you get your information from) of weight per week. It really looks like he only lost 2 kg in 28 days.  Roll Eyes

lol is this thread still going on, vegan invasion ?! preaching veggies the hard way ?

Nutrition is not about compromises, you give your body what it needs, in the best and easiest way, and eating a well balanced meal where you have vegetables, and meat is the best way to go, never abuse one substance over the other. And anyone telling otherwise is telling stupidity.

First one has real research, the rest are just fun to watch

Wow! It turns out meat was healthier for you than vegetables all this time!!!

46,000+ Vegans vs 1 Meat Eater and Meat Eater wins bicycle race?!?!?

1000+ Vegans vs 1 Meat Eater and meat eater wins NYC race?!?

1000+ Vegans vs 1 Meat Eater in cupcake tournament and vegans get destroyed?!?! Meat eater cooks healthier foods, cheaper to make, and tastes better?!?!?

Meat Eating diet allows for running a 435 miles race?!?!

Vegans are weak and have super low energy!?!

Navy Seal Vegan IKF World Champion KO'd by random meat eating no-name Asian?!

Meat FTW.

Interesting to note that, in his book (either 'The Art of Happiness' or 'The Path to Enlightenment'; I forget but I've read both), the Dalai Lama mentioned that he had been a vegetarian until he had to start eating meat for health reasons after strong recommendations from his doctor.

Edit:  The last one has nothing to do with meat and everything to do with the fact that Shaolin monks are some of the most badass mofos on this planet.  There's a video on youtube somewhere showing aspects of their training regimen.  One clip shows a monk holding two pieces of rope with each rope tied to an adult, male bull.  As the bulls try to run away from the monk in opposite directions, he keeps them from doing so by pulling on the ropes.  I'd love to see someone else try doing that without being ripped apart.

Eating is not about morals but survival. Every living thing eats other living things. That's the way it is, it's the food chain, and some are meant and made to eat meat while others aren't. Humans are carnivores by nature based on out teeth, our digestive system etc. However, that's not to say that a human has to eat meat to be healthy or that our modern ways of obtaining our animal protein is humane or right. But we are carnivores and it's up to us to choose to eat ethically raised and slaughtered animals for our meat or to learn to properly eat only non animal products in a way that will be healthy for our bodies needs.

I must say I don't really like meat.

I like chickens Tongue but I can live without meat with no problem..

But sometimes when I see wonderful ham Smiley with no fat on it ... and I wasn't eating meat for a while... then something is forcing me to eat it - and it taste so delicious then Smiley (nature is forcing me to eat the meat - so it means it is good for me Smiley )

But I really don't like most of the meat types...

Chickens are the best Tongue Smiley and only breast Smiley

I know chickens are made from meat (too)...

I never said that this is not meat Smiley I just said that I really do not need to eat meat everyday. And when I am eating some meat it must be a chicken's breast or some thin dry no fat ham Smiley

What if you were a wolf?

Ps. if you are a wolf you need to eat the meat.
You are the predator and hungry like a wolf.

You know you live in a pretty messed up society when 99% of the population is obsessed with celebrities like Justin Bieber, you got teenagers doing drugs, adults copying things they see on TV. You give them a few posters of cowboys smoking cigarettes and all of a sudden you get a whole population of smokers. In fact in the US, average rate of smoking is more than 1000+ cigarettes per smoker per year! (source). You give them a video of Kony 2012 and all of a sudden 99% of the population is crazy about this new fad that goes viral. You got over a million deaths over in Iraq and the entire population is crazy about this other minor thing going on somewhere in Africa. That's just the reality of the world we live in.

meat ftw.

Interesting to note that, in his book (either 'The Art of Happiness' or 'The Path to Enlightenment'; I forget but I've read both), the Dalai Lama mentioned that he had been a vegetarian until he had to start eating meat for health reasons after strong recommendations from his doctor.

Yes I knew that he dropped out of being a vegetarian, but did you know that he advocates it?

“People think of animals as if they were vegetables, and that is not right. We have to change the way people think about animals. I encourage the Tibetan people and all people to move toward a vegetarian diet that doesn’t cause suffering.” - Dalai Lama

"I really making sort of — making effort to promote vegetarianism, but I myself remain non-vegetarian." - Dalai Lama

"It is always dangerous to ignore the suffering of any living being, of whatever species, even if we think it necessary to sacrifice an animal for the benefit of the majority. To deny the suffering involved, or to avoid thinking about it, is a convenient solution, but such an attitude opens the door to all kinds of excesses as we witness in wartime. It also destroys our own happiness.  As I often say,  sympathy and compassion always end up proving beneficial." - Dalai Lama

Also good work on verifying that vegetarians are "the most badass mofos on the planet": Shaolin Monks Exploding the Meat Myth
Even though I thought it was already pretty obvious. Amirite?

Meat is tasty so if we are not supposed to eat meat, why are animals made of it?

Getting fat is easy, getting fit is hard. Therefore; the best decision is to get fat.

My 2 cents.

Wink

What if you were a wolf?

What if you weren't a wolf?

My 2 cents.

Wink

Also yeah this next one is a scary video that no one here can watch to the end... It's impossible:
I don't recommend watching

Also no one will be able to watch this to the end either:
I do NOT recommend clicking here and watching the video

Also if you prove me wrong and you CAN watch both videos to the end, I will give you 5000 Offer REVOKED (reason why explained in page 20) dogecoins. So not only will you expand your knowledge, you will also be gaining currency. I don't care what you do afterwards.

Also here's another video, but unlike the other two, this one should be easy to watch, it's just a speech by Former CEO of Citibank:

Random video that can be easily watched to the end unlike the other two above
