Guys when we lose something good, We should replace it with something better....
-east
This is karmastic thought my friend. BTW, I don`t regret anything. Turnarounds are often events. Only stupid people doesn`t come back to the start point. Never regret what is in the past. It either taught you or blessed you. Karmashares LLC is a very good concept, that is why we supported it, to where it failed, to where it needed improvements, we should strive to do better next time. We lost a good thing, there's nothing stopping us in getting a better one. Everyone is welcome to come into Karma, to stay or to leave after a while. I'm glad you can find time to post here in spite of your busy schedule. -east

Hello,
I worked on the whitepaper for Karma, and was recruited by Kosmost via Odesk. He still owns me 450 USD for hours worked. Since I was banned from the forum after asking for the cash, and since he didn't respond here also, I decided to go public. Good luck with this coin.

You were not banned from the forum. Not sure why you're saying this. (You are, in fact, still in the "Karma Team" group. You can verify that by having seen the Private forum for the past several weeks.) I am still waiting for a breakdown of your hours. We agreed on a set figure of $100 per week. For some reason you decided to work far more than that (on your own accord) and expected to be paid for it. We can resolve this using normal channels. But my apologies if I do not respond right away. I don't have much free time these days.

Hi everybody, I did not post here since the llc went down as it was just too much for me. I am still fighting with doubts regarding what happend... This post is, however, very disturbing. I would appreciate if this can be clarified. I posted with Tricalt as a fellow economist and read his white paper. ps: I am still following Karma and will come back once I handed in my phd after christmass. your KarmaKaguy

(Do not imply that I am just ignoring you because you think I owe money for something that we did not agree on. The fact that I asked you for a breakdown on the non-contract hours should tell you that I am at least willing to consider it. We can both be reasonable about this. I even paid you in advance for a week's worth of work, twice, as a show of good faith. Really, who does that?) We can resolve this using normal channels. But my apologies if I do not respond right away. I don't have much free time these days. I forgot to mention the $200 bonus on top of that. Total I've paid you is $532.22 (minus odesk fees of course). Please keep in mind that the hours you are referring to were not part of the agreement. The breakdown you provided on Jun 16 is just a list of hours (without any detail as to what those hours were, as I had asked for). They total 10.5 hours, which is equal to less than $151.62 if we go by your rate. However, we did not agree on an hourly rate because you were being paid a flat rate of $100 a week for "10-15 hours of work" a week "posting to the forum and working on a whitepaper". (And for a while you were't able to work the hours, which is understood.) If you don't have a copy of our Skype chats please let me know. That you decided to put in more hours than we agreed would not really be my responsibility (especially as we did not discuss it beforehand). However, I am willing to work with you on it and always have been, as evidenced by my response to you when you first told me of the off-contract hours. I have not treated you unfairly or unprofessionally so please do not imply this in your posts. If anything, I have treated myself unfairly in offering to consider the surprise hours. That's simply not how I normally conduct business. Also, by giving you a bonus and paying you in advance I thought I was doing you a favor (not many would pay 100% upfront). If I had know that you would post here unreasonably I would probably not have done so. Regardless, you are still a nice guy and I appreciate the work you have done. But proper channels are appreciated for this sort of thing ------------- Karma.. where no good deed goes unpunished!

If this was paid, for what I have seen, $532.22, seems adequate and a good payment.

Maybe the fact that the coin is incredibly undervaluated taking its potential into consideration...

What shootd the price up?
No reason for that. Funny is, I was not able to sell my KARM when it hit 600 litoshi, since it was stacked in KarmaShares and I can't sell it now, since mintpal lost my account with my KARM. It is 12 days since I can't access my account and there are thousands of others with the same problem. Maybe most of old KARM dumpers has blocked account like I have;)

I hope you get your coins back.. mintpal has seriously burnt its users and I don't know if they will be able to recover from this. this is why I have been advocating for a very long time not to change the coins fundamentals just to meet the desires of day traders who live on mintpal.

I prefer Cryptsy to open BTC market instead of Mintpal closing it. The coin is healthy and trading. Everything else is nice to have, but not mandatory.

Most of my karma is in my wallet but I had 1,000,000 in mintpal when they started their V2 crap. I was using karma to test withdrawals before trying to move BtC and syscoin from there.
Lost 350,000 karma trying, but amazingly.....the BtC and Syscoin I got out. I converted the last 650,000 karma to Ltc and bought Sys with it. my advice? Convert it and move it out....or at least enough of it to work with until you can get the rest.
I guess odds are they'll get the place back together but i'm never going back.
