Please define "nothing happens." Is there an error message, or does the computer simply halt until rebooted, or what? Is your Java dir in your PATH? What does it say if you just enter java (with no options) at the command prompt (in the dir where your jar is)?
When I click 2 times on the file Lightwallet nothing happens at all. There are no error messages. Without difference which file I click exe or jar.

I am running 0.9.4 and every couple of days I get the following error message(s). Yellow letters with an red background. Once they start they come in quick succession and are continual. When it happens I just exit and restart.

When I click 2 times on the file Lightwallet nothing happens at all. There are no error messages. Without difference which file I click exe or jar. Sounds like the OS doesn't associate jars with Java. Use 'Open With' or open the jar from inside the java console. Maybe reinstall Java just to be sure.
