Why Monero and not Bitmonero? The latter makes more sense?
Why should every single coin name be based on "BitCoin"? Monero wasn’t even forked from Bitcoin. The name "monero" is simple and elegant. |

This looks very good, wow, its like a NXT done right.
It's not proof of stake (which I'm still not convinced is secure but I haven't seen a careful analysis of the Nxt variation) but it does have strong privacy (unlinkable transactions) and we are very committed to avoiding even the perception of unfair distribution. Welcome. |
