saffroncoin I have been speaking to someone on irc regarding my problem about the missing coins and apparently he was on old block chain at the time when I was mining and didn't update nor was updates made on pool at time too so I have lost the coins due to this happening. Can you contact admin of the pool and find out if anything can be done please. Thanks

Dev is it possible to add inbuild miner in wallet like silkcoin?

Every wallet has an inbuilt miner if you specify gen = 1 in your conf file.

Besides being sleep deprived from too much World Cup... I am in 2 moods  Grin  Cry about the recent price increases at Bittrex. Not entirely unexpected as cryptocurrencies are the 'pink sheets' of the NYSE and volatility will always be at relatively high levels. However, we have gone up too far too fast and that being said I sold 33% of my holdings staggered up to 2100sat for quite substantial profits of several btc and I will be buying again at lower levels.. If we go up 10-20% above the high I will sell more--> 50%

Saffron is for the long term and I have definitive price targets in mind.

If run as a serious operation with Development, Operations, Marketing & Finance structures in mind then we have the potential to end the year 2015 at 0.1-0.2btc

Currently over 900 minable coins. I have 99.9% of them down as scams/crap/clones/juvenile/etc. Of the 7-8 coins I choose to invest in, Saffron is up there at the top.

+1 Hugh! No altcoin has ever gone uptp 0.1 btc apart from the ones that have less than 1000 max coins.

Let's not look too far.

If we concentrate on making our present strong, the future will definitely be strong!

BTW, which team you supporting??

Since my country has not qualified, I am going for Germany/France/Spain.

Lol gone off-topic.

Its your investment and you better what to do with it. I am not selling even a single coin right now. Btw your target of .1-.2 BTC is great for saffroncoin. Good luck

We have to look far far ahead and plan, plan plan. I first bought bitcoin at $0.10 Got scammed twice for $100 bucks ea...mo mintpal or poloniex. Finally got 'some' & eventually $500 worth more for the next 6 months. Held through 10,20..30 crashes... who knows. Bitcoin will close this year at $2000 [ the US sale of Silk Road 29,000btc is the last bit of 'bad news'... It is actually good news as the traditional markets news coverage will highlight the liquidity of the btc market.

Excluding coins like 42, 365, sync, etc...a substantial ALT will make 0.1btc in 2015. Foresight is not for the timid Smiley. The first ALT that adopts the professionalism of say a Next, Peer, Ripple [ coins I hate for other reasons btw] will make it to 0.1btc.

Since I saw Maradonna in 1982 as a 17 yr old redcarded twice[ I was 11yrs] I have been a Argentina man. I always root for any African sidee. My home country[caribbean] qualified once but never again. I now live in AUS so I'll be watching the 'Socceroos' play their 1st zone of death game in under 2hrs Smiley

Haha ok.

It is pity that 30K BTC is gonna be dumped. The price could crash to even $200. But it would be a good price to buy back Tongue

But with many more ATMs being opened across the world, hopefully this should be the last bad news this year for BTC.

Btc price will not crash my friend. Just like how Saffron wont crash either. The event is already priced in. btc fell 10% from recent highs. When the US Marshall auction over subscription results become public on regular 6pm nightly news for the masses & Wall Street, you can expect that to be the bottom of bitcoin for several decades.

ATM's are great and also remember it is crucial that the 'masses' see the characteristics of money in btc & ALTS in general:

1) A medium of exchange
2) A store of value

The bitcoin bad news has bottomed [mt gox, china pboc] & now Silk Road seized funds]

What we have to be worried about at Saffroncoin is dropping out of that top 10 list of coins for the rest of 2014. Steep competition is around every corner we cannot afford to become the Hotbot, Lycos,Netscape or Myspace of our sector.
