I think this coin is just for miners since IPO percentage is just 5%, price will be dumped quickly by miners.
+1, 5% for the presale is too small. i think it should be increased up to 25%.

why last minute with all the this mystery!! releasing vital information like this hour before crowd sale or even later is just fishy.... I like the idea of this project but things like max cap per investor, price per syscoin, IPO end date and of course whitepaper should have been available already !!! You must understand that since nobody has reviewed your whitepapers plus terms and conditions of IPO are incomplete this smells a bit fishy? Is there a reason why ? And if it is time related issue why not postpone the IPO ? Regards False accusations. It is good that all the details will be released at the start of the IPO. People have 3 weeks to go through all the details and make up their mind. I'm not accusing anybody simply just pointing out that there are important questions to be answered. So the IPO will last 3 weeks ?

How is 5% IPO determined? Some guys think it's too small for investors, miners will mine 92% but investors can just invest 5%, it seems it's not fair, and another thing is that mining will cost a lot of electricity and other sources.

@syscoin - i really hope you guys will reconsider the IPO percentages.
for example, let's say there are 750 investors in the IPO let's also say there are 5 devs. these are very rough numbers, but look at the results:
5% / 750 = .0066 2% / 5 = .4
wow - that's 60 x more coins per dev than per investor, on average. really?? do we want "whale" devs? not a good idea.

Updated with 600,000,000 presale number.
I broke down the numbers for those wondering about mining and how it will look.
First 15 days of mining
22,118,400 total coins mine
That is 1,474,560 coins a day
Say the price is 0.00002000 that is 29.49btc worth a day.
The next 45 days there will be 33,177,600 coins mine
That is 737,280 a day
Say the price is still 0.00002000 that is 14.74btc worth a day
Over the next 180 days there will be 110,592,000 more coins mine
That is 614,400 a day
At 0.00002000 that is 12.28btc a day worth
After 240 days of mining (8 months) there will be 165,888,000 coins mine.
Add in the 600,000,000 that people will buy soon that is 765,888,000 and add in the devs and bounties that's another 60,000,000 for a total of 825,888,000 coins in 8 months.
If the price is 0.00002000 in 8 months the total market cap will be 16517btc or $10,405,710
If you look at only the 165,888,000 coins mined over the first 8 months then the market cap for that at a price of 0.00002000 is 3309btc or $2,084,670
**I used 0.00002000 as an example. No clue what the price for presale will be or what the price will be when it opens on the market.**

How will you calculate how many coins are given for ICO ? Is it fixed per BTC or it depends on the total amount invested (like VIA) ?
Thanks

It will not be like VIA. You will know how many coins you are buying for 15btc or the amount you are buying. In other words it won't change. What you pay for is what you get. I hope it is price low enough that it will go up to where it is profitable for miners and hopefully the price won't go low enough to the point where it causes people to panic dump because it is close to the IPO price.
