That is your assumption (that you can buy it cheaper on exchange after launch). You're free to wait and find out.

Based on all the other IPO's (that includes shit coins and innovative coins).
Don't get me wrong, I love what you are doing here, but isn't it always like that that after the launch the value plummets and then rebounces? Of course finally it will be worth much more than the presale price, however you can usually buy more for the same price after it hits exchange. Or am I wrong?

Not all the IPO's are the same. For example, we had XBC IPO, despite it was another shitcoin with nothing new to offer (they couldn't even fix PoS wallet for a long time), it's price gone 10x up. I think this one can go pretty high too, if devs will deliver. It is always risky, yes, but crypto is a gamble.

I don't like ipocoin.

You can still buy from an exchange after launch or not at all if you are completely against IPO coins.

Devs, I hope you're very mindful of the darkening climate out there regarding scamcoins - there seems to be intensifying outrage over the recent wave of scamcoins (DarkCrash looking the most egregious) that compelled even bittrex to propose new reforms recently.

Your execution needs to be flawless - or as close to flawless as possible. It's a climate where you need to avoid making any promises you aren't absolutely sure you can keep (also, even when it comes to the things you're absolutely sure about, leave room for positive surprises).

It's dump first and ask questions later out there. The opportunity for syscoin of course is to offer a refuge from crap that *many* people are desperately looking for right now.

To be honest, I think this has been going on for months. Sh*t/Scamcoins has been in the scene for a long time, always been amazed that people actually mine/support/buy these.
We have publicly stated what we will deliver and this will be done. Are there features that we wish we could bring to the table from launch? Yes of cause there is, but our main priority is for the features we already bring to the table to be as stable as possible. And then we can start on the feature roadmap we have mapped out. We are in this for the long haul.

On 16th August, if there is no enough pre-buyer, what's the result of the remain pre-mine sys coins? Whether the pre-buyers or the miners will share them? Thanks.

On August 15 panic buying till the presale is sold out. If that doesn't happen they will only mine the amount sold during the presale.

That is correct.
From the OP

Quote
Q: What if the presale doesn't sell out? Do buyers get the unsold Syscoin?
A: No, only what is purchased will be premined and delivered. Buyers get what they pay for.

interesting news about mintpal acquisition by moolah and i can see quite a few possibilities of where this partnership with syscoin could take them. with that said, has there been any discussion with them around them taking an equity stake in this project?

That would be awesome.  I think the presale would sell out within hours if that happened.  Start tweeting Moolah.io about this.  They are responsive to Twitter.

Yes, we are pretty excited about the Moolah partnership.
As for an equity stake they are free to buy in the pre-sale in the exact same way and terms as everybody else.
