I bought over 700,000 AC for about 0.5 or 0.6 BTC. That was nice. Then, a little later, while I was trying to zoom in on your trading screen, as it moves soo slow, when it had finally zoomed in I had made a trade where I sold my over 700,000AC for 0.2 BTC. This was not intentional. I was pissed. Anyway, being that your site was the only place I knew of to buy AC, I bought (+/-) 54000AC, however these coins, although logged in my trading history at the bottom of the screen, have never appeared in my wallet on your site. I then bought another (+/-) 20,000AC, and that is what now appears in my wallet, on your site. Your site has no confirmation button for a trade. It's so slow. Just zooming in can cause this kind of thing to happen. I'm out (+/-) 685,000AC because of your malfunctioning trading platform. BTW, I've been trading crypto since Nov of last year and always on my iphone. I never had this problem before. Damn, I'm still pissed. It seems i just lost all my coins on BTER again lol. If you love to lose money then trade on BTER!
First time to test i deposited 59 coins from mintpal to BTER, succesfull
Then made a deposit of 114000 coins from Mintpal to BTER, deposit was in 'pending deposits' on BTER and now disappeared and no coins in my account yet.
15 minutes later i deposited 2 x 10,000 coins to BTER, now 15 minutes later one deposit has been added to my account, and the other one didnt appear at all.
Edit: The other 10,000 now succesfully reached my account. Still 114,000 missing.. I am sure the transaction was in Pending deposits wtf
How did you know that Mintpal has updated their wallet ? |

My Iphone works very well on every other exchange. I shouldn't have used it on C-CEX, as their interface barely functions on my iphone. However, look at the link which shows my last 2 buys, and compare those buys to my account balance. |

Don't know how this happened - I followed 1 to 3 of the instructions https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=595999.0 for installing the new wallet but couldn't do 4 (I run Windows XP which may or may not be the reason - or more likely my incompetence) and so couldn't complete the rest of the steps but it didn't matter anyway 'cos the new wallet is installed and works fine - my original balance is showing and I've sent/received AC from the new wallet no problem. |
