Told him we would not bribe him, he then answered he would FUD even more and bring in 4 of his friends to help him until Silkcoin is down.

Here is the screenshot of the blackmail : http://oi60.tinypic.com/zwyzwh.jpg

Even if lot's of things are legal down here, blackmail and extorsion are still illegal.

Ps : Just for the info, these FUDers asked to be bribed for their silence. Megaman is asking me 0.5btc to stop fudding and deleting his messages.
Quote
Also wanted to add I'll go back and delete my posts in the thread if you pay me off (please reference previous offer).

That's extortion! not allowed on the forum. Can you post the screenshot, i will make sure he got a negative trust rating.

Hahaha please. Man this is getting ridiculous. I'm curious to know how many of these criminals are actually involved. I'm thinking it's 2 guys and about 5 accounts. Seems like too much for just 1 guy to handle. Guessing one guy made the copy/paste coin and gave the other guy a little bit of the premine to manage the fact burying and BS. What a mess. This whole thread is a disaster. 99% garbage.

It was a whitepaper (for making Kool-Aid), not the whitepaper from the Silky Hive. I wanted to see if what I posted was actually being read, or assumed.
Wow, that is low. You knew damn well that announcing you had a copy of the SC Whitepaper you could email to people might cause a spike in the price from traders with itchy trigger fingers trying to buy the rumour before the news hits.

Dishonest claim about wanting to see if what you posted was actually being read, it is absolutely the case that you were trying to manipulate the price. I've seen this attempted before, in the Honorcoin thread, where someone claimed the AWOL Dev had pm'd them and then claimed he was only joking once challenged on it. He knew the scam had been exposed and wanted to try to dump his bag while enough people still believed in the fraud.

Shame on you. If I'd bought any of this coin I'd be feeling awfully nervous at this point having witnessed someone pull a stunt like that, it's a desperate move.

No, my actions where to flush out the trolls.

Very disappointed in you. The issues being raised are valid concerns and you want to use it as an opportunity to extort half a bitcoin out of it?

Shameful behaviour. Your credibility has just evaporated and any possible case you might have had is now overshadowed by this.

That is the lamest excuse ever, man. You lied to flush out the trolls? This entire thread is a bowl full of turds and it's just a bloodbath of people losing money out there. How do you guys sleep at night?

I suspect that there is nobody in their right mind that will take Megaman seriously at this stage.
It is very safe to ignore him.
Hopefully this will result in some action.

Don't even bother. You *are* guilty of trying to manipulate the price. There would have been no possible benefit from claiming you had the whitepaper as a way to flush out trolls.

Wow - they got to you pretty easily didn't they? All I'm asking is that people open their eyes, use their heads, and do some research. Any premine over 1% is a red flag - stay away. You will almost certainly lose money and the coin won't last 3 months. 1% premine max. Use that as a starting point. Everything beyond that is just icing on the cake on this scam.
