Unbelieveable. Was it illegal for updown to release the Gox info? Also on the reddit site (I'm not a member on there) someone said that they thought updown spoke English just fine on this forum, but in fact updown is clearly a non-native speaker of English. Does that jive with the Gox release? |

His English is broken. It's not clear what he meant by the campaign is closed. Optimistically it could mean he's not accepting anyone new, but I guess it probably means it's over and he's not paying for the next month. |

He is ... Is it too hard to check on Foundation Web Page?  https://bitcoinfoundation.org/members/but this only mean that he paid 25k for it ... nothing more. Everyone can pay and became a member .... Just what for?  |

Btw it seems like updown was not only behind the leak, but behind the hack, updown are the hackers of mtgox, no one could have get that data without hacking. so thats where they got that money from to buy gold member status. russian hackers |

He had somehow gotten those $25,000 in BTC illegally so then he needed to "launder" the money so he bought gold membership and started a gambling site, now all the money he got from the gambling site is "clean"  ? I mean, something like that seems like one of the few possible explanations, unless he's just a dumb person. EDIT: Benjig I guess I'm thinking the same thing as you, wow. I've sent first bunch of payouts yesterday. Second will be sent until next week. Campaign are closed, btw. All who keep our signatures this week will receive payouts too.
If campaigns are closed, then why should anyone keep your signature? Because I wrote this words few days after actual day of payout, so someone can be keeping signature. But yes, one more time, payouts are made, campaign is closed. |
