i mean mtgox is orders of magnitude worse than updownBT but still, it would be bad for the bitcoin foundation to have a reputation of protecting scammers don't they? If campaigns are closed, then why should anyone keep your signature?

You still owe people who you contracted with whether or not they keep your signature after the term.

This sounds like a subtle threat to not pay those who don't keep your signature.  But wtf! how can you expect people to keep your ad when you've made a reputation of not paying or paying only a small subset?

I suggest that everyone drop the signature immediately.  You shouldn't be doing free advertsing form someone who operates like this and takes contracts so lightly.

I kept the signature for updown well past July 1. I took it off when you promised to pay on July 8, which was three days late and you didn't even show up.  You said you already counted posts anyway so you know how much you owe me. Guys, Updown came on here with no excuse at all. Please take off his sig until we all get paid. He didn't give any explanation, say sorry, or anything. It's obvious he's trying to ride out this advertising as long as he can.

This is infuriating. He already lied twice about payouts, I bet he's doing to again. His language does not make it clear but he might be saying I'm not getting payment because I took off his sig (well after the contract period was over). I'm not positive he's saying that but he might be. In any case just watch, next week he will payout  5 more people and tell everyone else he'll pay them the following week. This guy is a joke and I won't be a part of that even if he's threatening me that I won't get my $40.

As far as I'm concerned the users of this campaign met the requirement and posting length a while ago no reason to keep using it but I guess the payments are hostage that said I agree with the above should drop and demand payment as its way late.
