U have no right to deny payment of someone who got banned after leaving your campaign. Moreover, this member is in your campaign list. There is no proof that he changed sig when he was part of your campaign except for trusting your word. Rather, it is already proven that you are not trustworthy. It seems that u r simply taking advantage of someone's ban for not paying him.

Have to agree there.  Getting banned after you did the contract means you should still get paid.  This seems just like the OP to take advantage of someone who got banned and not pay him.  The banned person did not try to change his address or anything, correct?  So there is definitely no fraud or anything.  How many are we still wwaiting on to get paid?  Smack That Ace says he doesn't care and seems like he didn't even calculate how much he's owed.
