This seems interesting, has anyone calculated expected ROI with these new prices?
There are a lot of coins to use the calculation. I guess 3.8 months roi Is it really possible to get ROI within 4 months? I would like to see the calculation.

You can mine other types of currency like LTC, Doge etc, but only if you buy a Scrypt contract. You can not choose your own pool. If you buy a SHA256 contract then you can mine only BTC. It is a one time payment although there is a daily fee of 0.01 USD per 5 GH/s that it taken from your daily payment, so that's basically 0.02 USD if you have 10 GH/s, and the contract is for life. If you purchase a scrypt payment then the daily fee is 0.08 USD per MH/s. Any other questions, just ask and someone from Genesis Mining or myself or another forum member can try and help. Ian

To be honest I do not know of any other company that are similar to Genesis Mining that would allow you to do that, Most only allow you to mine BTC or LTC at the most. To get what you want, you would either have to buy your own hardware or use one of the sites where you can rent hashpower for a daily rental fee and then the person you rent from can set it up so you can mine at the pool you want and the coins you choose. So you would need to look at something like mining rig rentals or the other alternative is to buy some scrypt hashpower from Genesis Mining and then mine one of the coins like LTC or BTC and then when you get paid, send them to an exchange and trade them for the coin you want. That can depend though on the coin. If it is quite new then it might not be on an exchange yet. Sorry that I can't help you any more than that. Which coin was it that you were wanted to mine? Ian

I can only count in Megacoins, and I can tell you that 1 MHs returns roughly around 7 Megacoin per day. Can't help you with numbers for other coins.
I also have SHA hashrate, but since two days/payments only, so I don't have good numbers yet.

You can return BTC to your wallet, but you can also choose a specific coin. If you mine Megacoin then you will receive Megacoin. If you choose Litecoin then you will receive Litecoin. If you choose BTC(Auto) then you will receive Bitcoin. Do you understand?

Important Notice:
We are really overwhelmed by the huge demand for our new contracts. Also we are happy for all the feedback from the community so far and are glad that you like it!
We managed to get back on track with the approval system and from now on your contracts should get approved without bigger delays again.
Thank you!
That will be good job GM.

Hey guys, I was wondering if we are going to merge-mine doge now that it is available?
Not yet :-( Can anybody check if MOON is doing 5% to? (Can`t check it my self) BTCTALK is just one of the codes that will last a short while so those always tend to higher than the ones we have. There was one for 10 percent off a few weeks ago. Your code is working fine, at 3 % off Thanks! MOON now 5% discount! That's nice, wish I could get that much of a discount, I must try harder I did a little video about what to expect when you sign up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pVsX0vNx-E

There seems to be confusion and uncertainty about the fees.
Currently a fixed fee will be deducted from the mined coins with the Lifetime Contracts. Okay, but as we all know difficulty is not a nice thing, so sooner or later the amount of coins may not be sufficient to pay the fee. According to the contract, in such a case Genesis Mining may deduct a missed fee from later earnings. If that happens once then it's not quite a disaster, but what happens if the fee is structurally higher then the mined coins? Will the fees be lowered? Will the hashrate be set higher? Will GM keep on demanding fee money until the customer is in debt for life? Will the "life time" contract end? Anything else perhaps?
Can Genesis Mining make this subject a bit more clear, please?
Okay, I got a message from someone who couldn't post telling me (thank you!) the Terms have been changed a bit. An addition was made to make sure you don't dry up completely on an endless amount of fees: "The Service Provider may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if the Coins generated in the preceding 20 days do not suffice to pay the Fee under 2.b above."If that makes you want to complain about Lifetime Contracts not being Lifetime, two things: 1, there's only thing in the entire universe that lasts a lifetime, and that's you. 2, Don't underestimate Genesis Mining, they have proven to be able to adapt to changing conditions, and they've proven to listen to their customers, so expect them to listen when things get rough
