That is because the lowest price you can buy is equilavent to 14.99. If you bought 100 MH/s for example for 1499.00 USD then each megahash would be 14.99 if that makes sense.
With a promo code even more of a discount.

You should provide the dollar conversion for the day of those transactions. On my end I'm getting less BTC, but its +/-3 cents from previous payouts. Either way mining is all future value.

Not DOGE for sure..i don't know about other altcoins on genesis but im getting about ~156 DOGE (~$0.04) for 1MH and payouts dropping fast everyday.
pay amount seems to be very unstable( i don't know if its because of fees or what)
