hey guys i dont know how these are so cheap i just sold 100 monero and got like 25000 of these lol
Is it true there are only 26 million coins?
Any interesting news I should know about?
I paid 877 satoshi is that a good price?
I paid 2100 so yea your price is ALOT better then mine. Seems like a good development team but lacking on getting the word out. Also need to brand the coin better the name doesn't stick out. It has potential but we will see. lol...it atleast has SOME innovation so that puts it way ahead of most of the crap out there. i think the price will rise just cus of the interest thing Innovation is only as good as the marketing behind it. Plenty of crap products on the market that are very successful due to the promotion of the brand. |

Hey guys, good news on the multipool front-- we were having issues getting prices with the PoloniEX API. We solved that problem. Hopefully with that barrier down we can be finished tonight and everyone will get their payouts. Once payouts are complete, we will stop the pool for a few hours while we make some last minute changes and we will officially open the Beta up for miners. It will be in Beta much like Gmail was in Beta for a few years... because we will be implementing new features over time we can't promise we won't accidentally break something.
Consider this testing period the "alpha" and once Beta starts let's get some serious hash pointed at the VeriCoin pool! We're aiming for 5 GH/s for X11 and 1 GH/s Scrypt. Let's make it happen guys!!

I should also mention, we are considering hiring some PR folks to help us promote the coin and get businesses interested in accepting it. We will be raising a bounty soon and I will post some more information in the coming days. I hope those of you with deep VRC and BTC wallets can help us out.
We will also be setting up a BTC-based VRC buy wall fund. The way it will work is any BTC in the wall that buys VRC will send that VRC to the general foundation fund for help with other projects. So it will be both a way to stabilize the prices as well as help produce some upward buy pressure all while helping to fund the coin's development and marketing.

in VeriCoin you only need to open your wallet once a year to earn interest. However, all the time your wallet is open you are earning compound interest and transactions fees. So you will earn interest in a complete cold storage wallet opened once a year, but you will earn more by keeping it open.

Not good!! We need an injection of news and hype aka promotion. See these scam coins have all this hype and NOTHING else. While good coins have all this development and NO marketing/promotion behind it. |
