Goldseal,
did you notice that Cryptsy stats on CSC are old, they are still showing
336 million total coins
50 coins per block,

I asked them to change it to current specs.. maybe you should too...

Sure I can follow up with them. Thx

hash rate and difficulty are both up. All it takes is a bit of price improvement.

Exactly, a little push helps find new adopters and regains confidence in the older adopters.
Did you seen in Taiwan there is convienance stores accepting BTC

BTW I've locked up close to 5 million so far. If people want to give CSC away. I'll gladly take them off their hands. Wink

Wow. The price goes up to 450 and these people just destroy it. They are so hard up to take profits. It's sad really.

BTW, I asked cryptsy to fix their withdrawals for CSC. It looks like they may finally be willing to do so.

My support message:
I've placed three withdrawals today for nearly 800k CSC. All three were cut to <25k CSC withdrawals. Please fix your withdrawal system. This is exceptionally irritating.

I shouldn't have to make 36 withdrawals to get my coins out of cryptsy. BTW I don't want to hear excuses about transaction spam and transaction too large errors. You are perfectly capable of processing my withdrawal with multiple smaller transfers if the amount is really an issue instead of failing the withdrawal with a single small transaction. Any competent programmer should have known this.

Support response:
I do apologize for the inconvenience.

The reason why the withdrawal is being chopped is due to a large build up of inputs from all the transactions in the wallet which become to large to fit into the block chain so it chops the withdrawal to a size where it will fit into the block chain. I have alerted our wallet specialist who will merge inputs to help larger withdrawals process.

Thank you for your patience as he works on merging inputs.

Sincerely,
Stephanie

Look at PayCoin and BlueCoin - Casino has so much potential based on the name and domains alone.

I only wish we had cut the subsidy and max cap even lower but even so, there is much value in this coin once cryptos take off soon.

They're all waiting for Bitcoin and then big investors will look for the names which can be best marketed for maximum profits.

So let the short sighted sell for a measly 450 Satoshi - the real value of Casino is much much higher.

Cheers!

Yeah I totally agree that Casinocoin has good brand value. At this point in time I'm happy with how it's held up in comparison with all the other coins. It's extremely encouraging that CSC is now hovering at 500 mh hashrate. Take a look at the all time history on coinwarz:
http://www.coinwarz.com/network-hashrate-charts/casinocoin-network-hashrate-chart From this chart, it would seem that even though our price has come down since the subsidy cut, we\ve restored the hashrate indicating that we're one of the more profitable scrypt coins to mine in the bunch. Overtime, I think we'll win more loyalty with miners because our coin is generally stable. Hopefully, this puts us in good position to benefit if asics ever become widespread for scrypt.

It's a strange time for miners though. For all coins including bitcoin, mining seems to have reached an inflection point where profits are zero or negative for most. It's going to look very tough for the next 6 months and I think many of them will be faced with hard decisions. Hopefully, the next sixth months shakes out the bulk of miners who mine CSC and immediately sell it. These miners operate at the most unprofitable pricing levels and they are largely responsible for destroying pricing discovery for CSC and the rest of the alts. Over time, I think the system will tend towards favoring miners who don't wantonly destroy pricing and operate with individual advantages such as cheaper electricity, better technology, or simply better planning.

So don't get too discouraged by the last year. Take this coin out another 3 years and we may find ourselves in a much different situation.

probably not going to happen. the order book is incredibly thin on the upside. In the past month I managed to take an additional 2.5 mil coins out of circulation. I don't think there are enough coins in weak hands to get this down to sub 200's any time soon. If anything cheap bitcoin could ignite a significant move upwards.

Looks like buying 100k would take you to about 595. I think you need to start being a little more realistic about your purchase price or you'll likely be left behind.

Personally, i won't sell my CSC unless it reaches 0.01 - 0.1 BTC in 3 - 5 years. Anything less than that and I'd let it sit there indefinitely. This is why I continue to accumulate every month.

Maybe someone finally saw value in the casino name and niche market potential.

PayCoin was just the first and they didn't have an active dev or the domains.

Casino is a total steal here.  I'd like to buy some more if I can get the BTC.  I've had some personal issues which have taken up all my time and money.

Don't get married...

Haha, is it that obvious?

Time to start from scratch...well, I have some fake money she didn't take.   And a fake job on the Internet which doesn't pay anything.

Maybe that will be worth something eventually.  Wink

Asked litebit to add Casinocoin to www.litebit.eu again.

The old info of transcoder is still on top in Google. Is it possible to get the new info on top in Google?

When did litebit stop carrying it?

Few months ago. They are open to adopt CSC again, mostly when CSC lives up again.

Edit: they will add CSC again on www.litebit.eu this afternoon  Smiley Twitter it around when it's there.

(Happy today also because Guldencoin is the 4th coin with iOS wallet accepted in Appstore Apple with BTC, LTC and Doge

Rock stable here.  Couldn't get my 100k at 260.  I'll wait to see if maybe the price drops as Bitcoin may take off soon.
