atcsecure,
So now you're willing to say for the record that you had no involvement in HAL? You didn't develop for HAL?
And UTIL?
The only coins I have created are XC and Blocknet Yes, the only coins you have created are XC and Blocknet, but that wasn't the question. Wording is important here, Dan. Try to be straightforward, please. First your saying I"m the halc dev, now your saying something else, your just twisting things around and your story is all over the map, I"m prom, I'm Halc,... all of this is FUD..... I don't know if you are referring to traumschiff or me here, Dan, but your reluctance to answer my very straightforward questions is growing concerning. Please act in a professional manner and just address these things straightforward. This is not a time to be joking around. atcsecure,

You and he clearly have some sort of relationship.
If you would not define the nature of your relationship as being a 'part of his crew', then what is the nature of your relationship with Prometheus?
Because whether you know it or not, you have been associating yourself with coins in which Prometheus is involved and he has been using your involvement as a means to pump and dump these coins.
Edit:
Furthermore, Prometheus has been saying that you wrote part, if not all, of the Halcyon code.
What we, the public, saw was that you reviewed Halcyon's code. If what Prometheus says is true, it would mean that you would have given the public the impression that you were reviewing code that you had actually written.
Which is it? Did you write all or part of it or just review it?
I've been a loyal supporter here for a long time, Dan, and you've no doubt delivered a lot of amazing technology to this community.
I'm just trying to obtain an objective understanding of all of these allegations.

this is just more of the same FUD.... now they are saying that I am prom... so which is it? I'm in his crew or I am him?
For the record, I am NOT prom, nor I am part of his crew in any such way or form - never was and never will be
Repeated for the hard of reading. Isn't this clear enough? Unbelievable fud. The sad thing is these guys put off any money coming into alts at all including into their own coins whatever they are.

I'm sorry, I wasn't clear the first time, I am not the halc dev nor did I write any of its code. We should subpoena the forum server logs and get the IP's.. That is completely absurd that I am the halc dev.

How the hell would you issue a legal subpoena against this site? Also in case you haven't noticed, the bitcointalk server is located in the Netherlands.

To commodify ethicality is to ethicise the market

Hi all With reference to our earlier statement, this situation is very simple: Anyone who takes seriously the task of discrediting a project knows that *verifiable* evidence is required. In the absence of anything remotely resembling such evidence, it's just silly FUD and ought to be ignored. For this reason it would be wrong to suppose that we are required to defend ourselves against all and any trash people make up - and furthermore to take time and energy to make ourselves answerable to people who get lured in by it and start desiring "answers." We are simply not answerable to FUD. The right course of action is to ignore all claims that aren't verifiable. I encourage you all to do the same. The XC team has spent countless hours over the past five months patiently managing all manner of useless discussion. We are no longer willing to sink our energy into what appears to be a ghetto of paranoia and deceit. For the future, actions speak louder than words (or screenshots): - our tech development will go on unabated - the results will be tangible - and we will continue to strive for the highest standards of professionalism and clarity of communication. You are welcome to engage in further XC-related discussion at xctalk.com.

One option:
- several unofficial threads in the general Altcoins section - a single new official thread only for announcements
Opinions?

I prefer open information and communication. I think this option could provide that quite a lot better than a single moderated official thread.

hmmm. Well I like the idea of an [ANN] Thread, just for announcements, but that would mean deleting this one, which i can imagine being a cause for FUD. Maybe just use Ursays thread for general chatter, keep this, but only open it for announcements. ? what a farce! this is quite ridiculous. haha.
