Arlyn, perhaps one of the simplest ways of doing the exchange rate algorithm and one which would probably keep all coin holders happy might be to simply use the rate based upon the highest Currency:Bitcoin ratio it has had since the ITO announcement up to the actual ITO date, and keep it consistent for the period. This seems to benefit everyone, my guess is you will end up with more coins overall also.
Interesting suggestion. Thanks. :-) When will these finer details on ITO process be published? ITO is less than 24 hours away... I would think this is important information for investors as they consider whether or not to buy. |

The only way i can think of would be an investor's fear that 2.5K BTC ito will possibly raze xc's singularity or diminish its reputation. Seems like among all the other coins applied for participation in blocknet only xc keeps losing in its value. Just look at trex charts: blocknet has been announced 10-20.2014 and next day 10-21.2014 a huge price drop occurred 0.00103733-0.00069996.

XC had been holding very good prior to this. BC/VRC/DRK gosh even NXT have lost well over 50% since june/july. People have been more patient with XC as it's a top premium coin in most people's mind bust lack of interest in the alts had to hurt this one as well. |
