I will add that bittrex-richie said that mods are free to make their own opinions and those do not represent the opinions of bittrex.  Still they should not use mod accounts.

Let me first apologize to the community.  Our mods are volunteers meant to keep the peace in the troll box and are entitled to their opinions, however we have made it very clear to them that spreading FUD or leading any pumping/dumping will not be tolerated.  I have spoken to the person in question and I expect this to never happen again.
