I saw that Bittrex was reluctant to add MIN, can someone make a TL;DR of the situation? I didn't find the reasons anywhere...is one of the staff members of Bittrex involved in MIN? Also, I think the Dev should work a bit on relations with exchanges, other than development...we need to get to another (hopefully major) exchange, the coin is no longer unknown, there is already hype, and since the market lives on that there is the risk to get burned if it remains on C-Cex alone :/ also, the price would likely even tenfold if we get to Bittrex/Poloniex...

its not that simple
we've got ~1Gh/s on http://multipool.minerals.pro/index.php?page=statistics

It is too low to find blocks if we are going to mine gorillacoin which is most profitable right now according to http://whatmine.com/
We need to pick a coin that is profitable and has low net hashrate at the same time

Long story short: the pool owners seem to be pissed about innovative way this coin was distributed (all pools in PoW phase were ran by dev team, both to ensure same fork, and it was a kind of different way to collect "premine" - dev team took mining fees on those pools). That kicked profits out of other pool owners' pockets so they spammed bittrex with accusations about unfair and suspicious distribution (because source wasn't made public, so noone else can run the pool). Source was released after the PoW phase and we thought that Bittrex will add it then, but they are still under impression that they should add weird and uninnovative shitcoins, rather that Minerals which has huge volumes on C-Cex. IMHO, they missed the train...

I see...well that kinda sucks, indeed 99% of coin added on Bittrex and Poloniex are copycats...as I said, we do need at least another big exchange to seriously take off, I'm sorry for C-cex but it is clear one is not enough, and I hope it won't come too late, otherwise it might lose momentum :/

There's also rumor of collusion among big pools and some exchanges, since bigger pools control a sizable portion of new coins they can get them listed on exchanges easier by paying. And so far there hasn't been much to dispel this rumor, and it is very dirty.

Didn't realise you required a trading history to vote  Undecided

If i register at both MP and Poloniex and send some shrapnel between them a few times will that suffice to allow me vote?

Being a small fish I really want this coin to succeed  Cheesy

I think you need 10 x 0.0001 btc trades - pick any of their shitcoins at a low price and do the minimum Smiley

+1.

But remember "Legacy of the void", sc2 expansion should not take long, so match and interest about the game should rise a lot.

Hold hold hold ..... that could become GREAT !!!

E-sports betting platform will be able to host wagers for any tournament that is streamed on twitch.tv. If you know any other major streaming service that provide e-sports tournament streams we will add it too.

I want to know what you guys think of the top priority that I should now choose for the Minerals development so I've updated voting for this thread.

If I missed something just let me know, I'll add more options to voting

I would suggest you recognize the current trend "ANON". Once we add anon, other features easily follow due to market value & confidence. I'm surprised to see lot of people voted for betting feature. Only ANON can bring rapid value to MIN. Whales are watching and they love ANON Wink If you are going to implement any other feature than ANON then you will turn this coin into Silk Coin #2 (with so many features, but no market)

ANON is a passing fad... Look at CLOAK and SUPERCOIN... They have working ANON, yet they are not going anywhere. In other words, there is no "DRK" moment going on... Why? Because the world is moving on to the next big thing... ANON will not bring value long term. The betting system could make this coin bigger than LTC. Gaming is a multi-billion dollar business (Billion with a "B"). And, this will be a big introduction for the youth to the "use" of crypto currency (actual use not a pump and dump trading coin like all others right now accept BTC). It is kinda like McDonald's and their Happy Meals and Playground. Simply, McDonald's is breeding new life long customers everyday...

The ANON is only the sizzle. It should be added, but AFTER the ecosystem is in place. The E-game betting is the steak and will place this coin in the $100 million range. Anyone can copy an ANON (See RZR)... But how many can recreate the ecosystem that the Dev is creating?

Sit back and relax... I have a feeling that this is going to be bigger than "Doge" "DRK" and "BC" combined... soon

This idea is so unique that I expect to see 1000 BTC a day trading on C-Cex soon... just because of it. MP and Polo will add after that.

anon is not a passing fad. it is important to have anonimity technology in the cryptobusiness as privacy is aimed to be protected through these channels. if your dev isnt around, community is bogus and unfriendly, lack any marketing initiative, and most of all.. DID NOT HAVE A FAIR DISTRIBUTION PROCESS... your coin is going to suffer for a long time because someone has super large chunk of the pie.

minerals dev is here and honest
minerals community is friendly and helpful and very active
minerals had the most fair distribution in crypto for a long time
minerals is actively being developed and new features to be added later on
minerals has a name that can actually be used in commerce.

i dont understand why someone would say "dont put anon features". it's like saying "this coin needs no privacy technology for big investors to protect their identity". because then why use crypto? just use fiat and publish ur idcard/driver's license every time you buy. crypto is a different beast and it is not non-challant about privacy.

at the end of the day.. compare the price of min and the price of the coins with anon features vs their supply of coins. generally theyre all valued at significantly more than min.

just an announcement and consideration of anon integration is enough to see some waves in the price from speculators.
