Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I dont delete posts, I am not the moderator.  Matt, Max, and Boris have moderator privileges.

Hey Litoshi, it was a joke, not meant to offend you in any way. appreciate your contributions man Smiley

I am not offended......... just want the community to know that I dont delete posts.

BTW, I have had many posts deleted from BTT.  I troll several other sites, like Bitseed.

And here, Litoshi is referring to trolling Bitseeds, the coin, not Bitseed, the ARM based Bitcoin Full Node.

That is why I was trolling them, and they were deleting my posts.... not only did they steal Mikes brand, and copied his logo, but they have been a compete disaster.  Premine of 100 Million coins, SHA 256 POW, with a 100 coin reward per block.  They got slammed by an ASIC farm with a 130PH setup, that corrupted the KGW and resulted in millions of coins being mined in a day, instead of thousands.

The uptime for stasDelegates 1 and 4 are continuing to drop and will soon be below 15%.  Meantime, we've got 5 reserve delegates looking for some votes - Intrinsic 1 & 2, starik, btc and xhipster.  I'll get some votes to xhipster tonight when I get home to my secure computer, I've already supported the others with votes.  Maybe others  can do so, too...

Client Open Beta Test - v0.3.0

Hello Crypti Followers!

Two weeks ago we announced the frontend open beta test for v0.3.0 of the Crypti client. You had the chance to test the new design, GUI elements, contacts, usernames and more. However, you were only able to test the new version via our web client on http://testnet.crypti.me.

From today onwards you can also test the backend of the Linux client. This includes installing the client, start it and let it run in different environments.

Initiative 1: Tipping Crypto People

So the first initiative I start as soon as v0.3.0 get released to the mainnet is, that I want to tip XCR to Bitcoin users. The amount will be enough to register a username, vote for a few delegates, send a few XCR around and add a few contacts.

I would like to tip to the Hero members on Bitcointalk, devs of altcoins and other "more known" members. We still have time to create a list with tipping candidates.

Everyone of you, who think that a specific person should be tipped because he has great influence, please insert him in this "Tipping XCR to Crypto People" Sheet.

If you can develop a Twitter tipping tool for Crypti, it would be even better. Contact me, if you are interested into this. Smiley

Initiative 2: Country Correspondents

The second initiative I work on are country correspondents. It is very important to spread the word of Crypti in different languages like Chinese, Russian, German, Japanese and so on. Therefore we will invite every Crypti member, who speaks one of those languages to become a correspondent. For now we will stay with 1 correspondent for 1 country. Later we might expand it.

Tasks for these correspondents are:

  • Translate the OP and create a thread at the local sub forum
  • Support other users in the thread he created
  • Create social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, ..)
  • Help us translate the client/website/texts etc.
  • Become a language moderator at our official forum for the language child board

Some of these tasks can be done now, others in the next weeks/months. It's important that the correspondents are honest and want to help build Crypti. For this he needs to have some kind of history in the crypto sphere and needs to confirm to me that he holds XCR.

Right now we have two correspondents, which will start working on the above tasks next week. For Germany its myself, for China it's our known member Luiz/Mandy1749. In the foundation we have a few russian guys, so this language will be covered as well.

If you are interested to become a Crypti correspondent for your local language, then please write me a PM. I will talk to you and check the things I stated above. Then I will invite you to the #correspondent channel on our slack group. We won't pay any bounty for this, it's important that the correspondents are working out of their own interest and because they are invested in Crypti. Smiley

I hope that you like these 2 small initiatives I will work from now on. Let's work on it together and bring Crypti outside of this thread.  Wink

Hello guys, today I want to show you a small website I'm working on. It's a direct tipping service for Crypti.

What you can do:
  • Create a tipping link for yourself
  • Tip others via a tipping link or directly though a quick tip on the site

Attention!
  • It's an early alpha version!
  • It's only for the testnet right now!
  • https is coming soon!
  • The passphrases are not being saved of course! I know it's not ideal right now.

http://crypti.tips

I hope you like it. Please send me a PM if something goes wrong. Smiley
