http://www.coindesk.com/bank-canada-demos-blockchain-based-digital-dollar/ Ha !!!!!!!! Well then , looky looky, finally a nation state is planning to digitize their national currency on the blockchain http://media.coindesk.com/2016/06/Screen-Shot-2016-06-16-at-8.43.09-AM.png it also looks like after conversion you can use your CAD-COIN to exchange assets on the platform. This is not the only such plan, I believe that most nations are looking seriously at doing something similar. The Bank of England’s Mark Carney is also showing interest in this digitization process. Well , they are about 3 years behind DRAGONFLY which is in a position NOW to roll out this conversion from FIAT to CRYPTO token described in the post. NEM is already a tried and tested platform that is coming more and more into the public domain. But DRAGONFLY using the NEM blockchain can do a lot more than that mentioned above. DRAGONFLY has a whole array of uses ready NOW including Remittance , mobile payments ,Interbank Connectivity , POS (point of sale) debit card , ATM , Ecommerce , Trade Settlement transactions and more……….. I am a big picture guy and learn from what is said by those experts in a particular field of interest and the more I learn from those in the crypto blockchain circle , the more I think that Lon Wong is a visionary. My main point is that DRAGONFLY and NEM are way ahead of the field and I believe ready to explode onto the scene. I have more than a hunch that DRAGONFLY has struck a deal and am wondering when the next ninja launch will be released. Well said Nembit, I agree, I think NEM right now is the most promising project in crypto by far. It is already in advanced stages when it comes to development yet it's still valued at ICO level. We need someone to promote this tech at Europe/USA as well though. Mijin/DF is mainly contacting businesses at Asia.

That'd be nice, but if NEM becomes big in Japan and rest of Asia alone, NEM will be big already. Asian market is huge.

I agree, if NEM takes off in Asia, it will spread global.
How cool will it be to go on ebay or amazon and use dragonfly instead of paypal?

You won't see DF as a payment gateway. The very basis of DF's business is to provide the platform for these providers to use. It may very well be FB or Amazon itself that will just use the solution directly. Blockchain is a disruptor and a disintermediating technology.

Neither The DAO-drama nor the bullrun on the BTC-halving seem to have an effect on the Xem price.. it just goes up slow and steady

Just please dont introduce smart contracts (DAO) With the recent Ethereum debacle, it is not fair to say smart contracts are deemed to fail . Each blockchain projects have its own codes and security features. Now smart contracts are being integrated to blockchain platforms because it attracts investors or users. Most often than not softwares are being exploited if it does not routinely check its codes. This is the very reason why developers issue quick patches as they see the codes being used can be compromised.
