I'm a supporter NEM, but seriously that is the dumbest thing I've read all week. Do you really expect PayPal, to include NEM when it hasn't even integrated Bitcoin yet? If Bitcoin proves to be a successful integration with PayPal (which it most likely will), PayPal will probably only ever add another crypto-currency if it rivals Bitcoin, and I'm not talking in features alone, but in popularity and use, unless the become pro-crypto-currencies and start openly supporting crypto-currencies in it's entirety (which likely will not happen). In the event that PayPal do become "pro"-crypto-currencies or if NEM surpasses Bitcoin, you are looking at this 3-4 years down the line. There is no way PayPal is going to add NEM overnight, or even within a year of it launching. You have to remember that PayPal is not some small business that you can simply persuade into accepting NEM, they are a multi-Billion, multi-National business, you can't just send them an e-mail explaining why NEM is "X" times better than Bitcoin and expect them to add NEM. NEM has to outright surpass Bitcoin in every aspect, including community numbers, for it to stand any chance of gaining the type of adoption that Bitcoin receives, and that will be an extremely tough challenge. Than again if NEM achieves what it set out to do, then we won't need payment processors like PayPal anyway. That's exactly why I use the words "I know it's not for tomorrow" and "Imagine". I really don't think that Paypal will work with another coin than BitCoin for the moment (and I'm not even sure they will ever accept BitCoin in the end), I was just entertaining the idea of what a partnership with Braintree could do for NEM.

take a look at the order table. serious buy support. I expect the price to go up in the 30-35k range soon. increase in price of course comes from people wanting to buy. yesterday jl777 wrote a few words about NEM on his SUPERNET thread, within minutes market was flooded with buy orders..

Now NEMstake can only buy? No, you can have the option to sell if you have NEM Stakes. This is Newton's third law in commerce, i.e., to every buy, there is an equal and opposite sell.

Strange that the value always swing from 20000 to 30000 next Not strange, just people day trading who don't actually care about NEM or even know what it is. They'll be sad once it launches and NEM skyrockets in value and they realize the small percentage gains they got from day trading is nothing compared to the actual value of NEM... Oh well, we only need people in the community who really believe in NEM anyway.

Hey everyone. Be careful of potential phishing scams. I recently received a private message here on bitcointalk from a user "stoneone" who linked me to a bogus website (bilcointalk.org) claiming "important info about NEM open alpha". When I opened the link, it asked for my username/password but I noticed it was actually a bogus phishing site and of course did not enter any credentials. I already reported the message to the admins, so hopefully the user will be banned but just a word of warning to anyone else who may have received this type of message.
Always be careful opening links from random forum members in private messages!
