The difficulty retargeting tries to achieve 80 seconds on average, but with a relatively low hashrate and most of the hash coming from one pool, any big farm or renter can come in for a while and mine more blocks before diff adjusts, but as the coin grows hash and pools that will happen less often.

but it really takes the community to spread the word.  Honestly,
buying QTL at bittrex below 1000 satoshis is steal.  There is no
way you could mine them for that price. So I am mining and buying,
I expect the price to rise eventually, and the more people spread
the word to mine and buy, the faster it will happen.

Is the idea to wait for the coin to rise in value and then dump your coins, destroying the value again?

Well since this coin is based off Litecoin, it is a long term PoW scrypt mining coin.
Sure if the price goes up some people will sell, but this coin and dev are in it for
the long term.  If the dev wanted a quick pump and dump coin he would have
made on of the hundreds of PoS crap coins that have come out with a day to
a couple weeks mining time, then mining is over, FOREVER. This coin can be
mined basically forever, so as long as there are miners wanting to mine the coin
and buyers wanting to invest, speculate, or trade the coin, the coin will be on
the market, which is more than I can say about all these PoS coins.  Also with
the dev getting real world uses for the coin, the future looks good from down
here.
