small victory over the build process. after almost 100 builds today, I finally got a small 3 node network talking to each other. Not really so impressive, but some small differences in the system libraries somehow created build problems. I have one server running ubuntu 13 and this never gave me troubles, but the other two with ubuntu 14 caused strange problems. After getting everything rebuilt, one server was happy and even though I think I got everything all the same, the third server is still having issues.
probably some mismatched system component I am using, but I took a shortcut for now and just copied the binary from the server that made a happy version
things are always slow when dealing with issues not in your own code.
So, it took a while but now I can finally start finding bugs in my own logic.

Great news James. Would be fantastic if you and the devs could pull off teleporting before the new year, having a steady and stable flow of teleporting bitcoins. Wow!

Is it possible to extract your private key from the wallet.dat file, and if so how? I'm using the Windows client.

Go to the OP and Check the information under the Wallet section. Follow the steps there and let then let us know if that helps.

open bitcoindark, go to debug console, and type dumpprivkey <yourAddress> Perfect, thank you. I just trust private keys more than wallet files... Also, is there a reason my coins occasionally stake small amounts to addresses that aren't mine? I have only one address; sometimes I guess stuff like (RAUDTE3vYAiHhDXSghfpcvCmrgc5q98r2H), 0.06529909. Tx id is dbe2a9cd29b980592bb8023fc3e8036c03e6ca624e7049b69870894b32dae39e-000

I did not realize the freedom to receive letters without being monitored is also gone. It is sad that the USA that for many decades was the beacon of hope for the rest of the world suffering from their own police states, is now one of the most harsh police state of all. Think. You don't use the US Govt's mail service. But there are MANY other mailbox options and parcel delivery options. Many.

got the SuperNET API passthru working. from the commandline you can now go: ./BitcoinDarkd SuperNET '<SuperNET API JSON>'
so the following is the result of a getpeers API call: ./BitcoinDarkd SuperNET '{"requestType":"getpeers"}'
#from server A { "only_privacyServers": 0, "num": 2, "peers": [{ "is_privacyServer": 0, "pubNXT": "2834459742776037913", "srvNXTaddr": "10694781281555936856", "srvipaddr": "209.126.70.170", "srvport": "6777", "sent": 0, "recv": 0, "pubkey": "36554caadb82fb21e0c4a2a7331d953f620a7cd1456952f0b6c54c6b58000e25" }, { "is_privacyServer": 0, "pubNXT": "482478496576188177", "srvNXTaddr": "13434315136155299987", "srvipaddr": "209.126.70.159", "srvport": "6777", "sent": 0, "recv": 0, "pubkey": "d9e1a66c3195b1ded88534af00ba548de7ea6057058cd8ebb5f78a8f5f703a5d" }] }
#from server B { "only_privacyServers": 0, "num": 2, "peers": [{ "is_privacyServer": 0, "pubNXT": "482478496576188177", "srvNXTaddr": "13434315136155299987", "srvipaddr": "209.126.70.159", "srvport": "6777", "sent": 0, "recv": 0, "pubkey": "d9e1a66c3195b1ded88534af00ba548de7ea6057058cd8ebb5f78a8f5f703a5d" }, { "is_privacyServer": 0, "pubNXT": "2834459742776037913", "srvNXTaddr": "10694781281555936856", "srvipaddr": "127.0.0.1", "srvport": "6777", "sent": 0, "recv": 0, "pubkey": "36554caadb82fb21e0c4a2a7331d953f620a7cd1456952f0b6c54c6b58000e25" }] }
Much easier to debug now as before it was just a flood of printouts. Clearly there are some fields with wrong info and the entries for the privacyServer's themselves are missing, but now with visibility and the ability to directly issuer SuperNET API from the command line, things should go faster

For the visually oriented this really makes the super net vision clear. When can we expect the complex version?
