(this link also proves and confirms that Nair is not bankrupt)  the main reason most companies in Hong Kong, Australia, USA, UK.....show no profits, To avoid paying large tax to Gov. or huge banking fees...(this is more reason why GES has moved to urocoin).
 Most of these companies are  banking from Mauritius or Isle of Man ...This is very common as they do not show what the value of their company is and pay large tax bills (most serious traders in Altcurrency already understand this).

It has been confirmed Dr Vinny Pillay does have board membership on several companies. However there is no conflict of interest here - the NIERs operate in different regions of the world and/or serve different customers. This is even less of a problem now that we are talking about the sale of Urea at the same pricing (1 Uro per MT) - so there is no opportunity for fiat currency price fixing (e.g. a cartel of companies agreeing not to sell Urea less then $380 per MT - forcing the purchaser to pay a higher price).

The GES board members, between them, are involved with over 25 different companies in over 10 countries.

That's the thing that just stands out at me. If this were a scam neither of those entities would go near this. If it were a scam and they did Nelish better move to Siberia because some very angry and wealthy people will want his head on a plate. This is why I don't think it's a scam, it's just too obvious to be a scam. Too many large entities involved and wayyy too much risk for Bohan and Nelish. It just doesn't add up to scam at all.

Not to mention Bohans coding skills. Take syscoin for example. They gather 1500 btc (750,000 USD) for a non working (to this day) wallet. A team of so called experts, meanwhile Bohan is quietly working away at the next generation of cloud assisted Wallet software. No man, not a scam.

Outside of the hundreds of pages of utter twaddle, accusation and deranged name-calling, these two highlighted parts, in that they are posted on Rivaa's website and not GES, say all that needs to be said about whether the URO project is genuine.

It clearly is.

Up until this point I had only read of GES posting their own 'news', which wasn't exactly an independent resource. Seeing that Rivaa actually confirmed, not just the deal but, the use of URO for it, I think we can safely say that it is for real. This update to their website passed me by if it has been pointed out previously, probably because of the pages of abuse that build up here.

Ranting about whether companies or persons connected to the deal are, or are not, or could be, physical, virtual, struck off, bankrupt, restored, held in nominee, or generally just shooting for the moon while hoping they strike it lucky before failure catches up with them, well, that's just business in general all over the world and basing your claim of scam on any of it is to call nigh-on all business projects fraudulent.
