Mobile wallets are nice but nothing new? Really, show me another mobile wallet that allows you to send and receive coins via a username, which makes it perfect for real world adoption.
Also, regarding the new desktop wallet, the io dev team is not going to release a wallet that just has the same features as the old one, it is a complete rebuild and will have new features never seen in other wallets, this takes a great deal amount of time to complete, if it was easy other coins would have done it by now.
No other coin has done what iocoin is doing and it takes time, so i for one am in no rush at all for the new desktop wallet, i am however delighted to have a mobile wallet, which has a unique feature no other coins has in IONS.
The multipool is being created, but to be honest, who mines anymore? Most peope who mine rent now and many miners are selling off their rigs, so multipool is no big deal.
The IONS feature and wallet should be more than enough to show people that this is a serious coin, but too many people are listening to the fudder pump teams on twitter and getting burned.
Good things come to those who wait. IO coin does not make announcements of vapour ware that will never happen or be half as good as what these 'magical' coins offer.
Also i/ocoin will be added to the new mintpal, so i expect once that happens we will see the new wallet to help give the price a push.
Thank you.
I am really not trying to cause a fud storm. I still hold a good chunk of IO right now but I see other things being done with no real evidence of the wallet being worked on or proof current work is even complete. "We are delivering great features and solid work. We will continue to work hard and move forward with our development" I see the same basic response with almost every other coin in this same position. These generic responses are a dime a dozen on here. Put together something to show us.
Ok yes it uses the IONS but look at the market. IONS has had little effect on keeping investor interest. Mobile wallets have had little effect on keeping investor interest. Look at the chart. Over 17 btc in dumps today alone.
"No other coin has done what iocoin is doing and it takes time..." Sure it takes time but if it was going to be this long they should of waited to launch the coin. It causes people to loose faith or loose interest in the coin and once that happens its hard to get them back.
Multipool would be useful. I have 3 setups I'd put on it to help build some buying pressure and keep volume up.
"IO coin does not make announcements of vapour ware that will never happen..." right now that is what the new wallet looks like.
"Also i/ocoin will be added to the new mintpal..." MintPal has a 24hr volume of 199.108 BTC. hahaha that's horrible. Polo has more volume than them now. V2 had better be amazing.
Hi Kuriso,
I fully understand your concerns. First i would like to say, if it was not for a certain person, who shall remain un-named 'for now' we would of been doing well around 10k sats, i supported the coin with over 10BTC at 9/10k to give i/ocoin support, a certain person, who also should of been supporting, stabbed me, i/ocoin in the back and dumped all the coins they had, which originally started the down trend, then they bought more and dumped again, many people do not want to see this coin succeed, i have no idea why because it has one of the most honest and kind person in crypto helping it and that person also is getting robbed by people he thought he could trust.
People have to ask themselves this, why else would anyone dump the coins on god news, its suicidal and is only been done to try and kill us.
I think the Dev's working on the html 5 wallet could of been doing a much better job to be honest, we have other devs working on other aspects of the coin who are working 10 times harder.
So i/ocoin is also seeking another full time Dev who will be hard working and dedicated like the others we have and i am sure i/ocoin will 'let go' the ones that have been dragging behind with developments.
Also IONS, i/ocoin paid for that feature, the person who made it who shall remain 'unnamed - for now' has not handed over the wallet.dat to us and is keeping all the ions fees to himself, which he will probably use to sell for BTC.
I have been working all hours of every day just like J.Bosch and yet people keep kicking us in the balls wen we have good announcements.
i know something 99% of Devs and other team members would of threw in the towel by now, but certain people in this team will NEVER give up and continue to make this coin great as it should be with a price to match.
regarding Mintpal, the reason the volume dried up was due to the hacks and the vericoin roll back. Mintpal V2 will be fantastic i am sure and have all the volume like is used to have.
Bittrex is ran by a army of bots creating fake volume and stealing any 'non bots' btc, plain and simple.
Poloniex is a very good site also, hopefully we will see i/ocoin added there in the near future.
So for now things are moving as fast as they can and the devs work, just some Devs work faster than others.
I thank you for supporting i/ocoin and i am sure it will do you well in a few months.
We are loosing some battles, but we intend to win the war!
