As I've explained, I've carefully gone over the logs and the server behaved exactly as expected. While I'd love to have the margins to hand out money, bustabit operates on one of (or the?) lowest margins in the business and it simply isn't economically viable for me to refund losing bets. That is unfortunately non-negotiable and final, even if it means I get a bad review here and reddit.

Never encountered any problem with bustabit. One of the few sites that I trust. Also, to gamble here, you have the tendency to lose and win.

I mean i showed you were the screen frooze and i couldn't stop a bet. I had time to take 2 screens shots of it with the same numbers come on now!! for something to be blackmail some 1 must have did something wrong. I didn't want to take to the forum Ryan i just want my email and the right thing done. I can accept losses i mean you seen that on my accounts but im not willing to accept a issue that was with your server costing me to have invalid loses. And as stated by your own buddy when disconnected it should have immediately stopped and it didn't. I did not cash me out. He said you have a problem with the delay being off and he helped you with it. So im not sure why you are not trying to be honestly and refund the 52k bits and part ways. Thats just wrong. Any site would make it right on there behalf. Especially if the proof is in the basket. I sent you pictures i sent the proof what more did i need ryan?

So apparently you're an established paypal scammer. Going through the bustabit chat logs I can connect you to at least one paypal scam done against jessica43 using your paypal gainonlinemoneyprofits@gmail.com, as well as a bit of a betcoin referral spammer. I'm not sure it matters as your bitcointalk account is a throw away, but I'll leave you negative trust for being a scammer anyway.

It's rather unprofessional of me to say, but I'm rather glad you lost money. I hope it hurt and is a memory that you can reflect on it to learn some empathy for some of your scam victims and perhaps grow up to become a decent human being.

(In fact, she doesn't have a bitcointalk account but sent me a full copy of the emails which I could validate for authenticity and also validate that it was tied to the email address you sent in bustabit chat). In fact, your own stories are inconsistent. In one of them, you tell you never sent the bitcoin because you were charged-back before you had a chance to send them. Yet your conversation logs have you trying to convince her to remove the charge back, because "why did you do a chargeback when i sent you the bits? i use coinbase they take a few to confirm" which is clearly false, as the timestamps have hours elapsing and no bitcoin transaction was ever made.

You must be one of those french frie men who think there everything and are never right. I suggeset you check your email and reply. I will make it my personal mission every day since i dont have to work, to literally make sure i ruin you for stealing.

So just a bit of update, the good news is bustabit v2 is coming along nicely. There will be very little impact to players (all accounts and balances will be carried over, so there's no need to worry). I'm hoping within a month there will be an open beta for everyone to play around with.

The main features are:
  * Rewritten server from scratch, designed for much better security characteristics and better performance
  * Leveraged investments. Basically a straight rip off of just-dice.com (sorry dooglus, but it's too well designed to ignore) including only 10% commission on profit
  * Dilution compensation where new investors need to pay old investors to compensate them for being diluted
  * A reward system for gamblers (that should roughly give them 50% of their house edge back)
  * An investor gambling incentive system (that should incentivize investors to gamble themself, or effectively pay gamblers to do so on their behalf)


Note: everything is still up in the air, including timeline. But it's coming along well

He Still Has not sent me a email trying to pay the .052 that was lost by his server connection issues.

His own Developer Helper even stated when disconnected it should cashed out. Though i don't see how the 30k bet happend 2 bets later and i wasn't able to cancel nor stop it

But, just went and made a report and will be sending to ican and a few other places.

I will say this BUSTABIT does not fix problems if they occur they ignore them and try to justify it.

Some interesting features there. Rewarding investors for gambling could be interesting. I'm wondering how the dilution compensation would work though. How much are new investors paying old investors to compensate them? Is it a flat fee when they choose to invest?
