There may be a problem at BetVIP. They go to NR

Quote
Do not deposit to betvip

I think betvip is insolvent , your deposits never will be credited to you account and  your withdrawals never will be processed

i am not a noob, as you can see in my history,  bitcoinlivebets was the first bitcoin book that steal 30 BTC from me with a fake bet, they of course disappeared some months later as i predicted

This was posted prior to any posts here by sbrzol. BetVIP went to NR right away.

To all- Please continue to post problems and concerns.

Hi All,

We apologise for any delays in deposits, we are experiencing difficulty with our wallet functionality, as were other sites.

Having said this, we have had our customer service guys up all night this weekend responding to customers questions and concerns. All of which have been dealt with and ALL deposit amounts that are owed have been paid.

We are the worlds first fully licensed Bitcoin Sportbook so we cannot "scam" people out of their money without severe legal repercussions. We have done everything we can to help our valued clients during the last few days with their deposits.

Thank you PeepsPlace for your words on this thread, we appreciate the sense of Bitcoin community that we get from you! It is very damaging to a business for users to start using slander. We are here to help our customers and are always 100% open and honest. The user in question was even given an added bonus for the trouble and had the amount credited shortly after the request to do so.

Warm Regards,
BetVIP

I want to make one correction. sbrzol "claimed" that he was owed 30 BTC from bitcoinlivebets, not BetVIP. I don't think that sbrzol disclosed the amount from BetVIP.

There are a couple of complaints against BTCBook

SoccerKings
Quote
Hi, Btcbook could you please accelerate my withdrawal request of 1.3BTC to the address 19AZJsYUXJGsTSAHUtC8CzuS6SLdcmgDNu I requested it over 24 hours ago and its still pending; It would be nice if you could make withdrawals faster.. Instead of it taking over a day plus a couple emails and a forum post in order to get a withdrawal. It takes away all the sexiness that your offered lines have and disregards the benefit that BTC brings to the online gambling world.

Im going to try to play at webetcoins again. Will report how it turns out.
They haven't paid me out. 9 days ago they mentioned they'll be paying the first installment in 7 days, than changed that prediction to 24h. No contact after that.

SoccerKings,

Your withdrawal has been approved and will be sent momentarily. I apologize for the inconvenience. We will do our best to approve cash outs much faster going forward after clearing a deposit bonus.

Thanks for your answer but you said the exact same thing over 24 hours ago via email, and this is not the first time this is actually the 3rd time... the previous 2 were cancelled, once by me because I got tired of waiting for the withdrawal to process and the 2nd supposedly cancelled by the system due to a bug.

Btw the approval you mentioned hours ago is still pending and the 1.3BTC has not be sent to my address 19AZJsYUXJGsTSAHUtC8CzuS6SLdcmgDNu

After 6 days of unsuccessfully being able to withdraw ANY amount of BTC from your site I have to say that, If you are not a SCAM, you are at the very least a very horrible experience.

There are way better alternatives out there people, nitro withdrawal process takes 10 to 20 minutes and that is long because lately they have been verified manually, directbet payout takes only 6 minutes MAX

PLAY WITH THE ESTABLISHED BOOKS AT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR.

Now is not the time to play at new books. It 's best to stay with highly rated books. After the Super Bowl is a popular time for books to run with player's funds. There have been many horror stories in February.

Just to repeat, only play at a top rated books for the Super Bowl as well as some time shortly after the Super Bowl. Many books have gone under after the Super Bowl. One book offered no juice for the Super Bowl. Another book had an off line giving them one way action. They lost the bet and went under.

The same goes for March Madness. This is a huge period for the books. For those that only play American sports, baseball is not very profitable for books. If they are going to shut down, they will do it after the tournament.

For books that cater to American sports, if you are going to play at questionable books, I wouldn't try it until June. If they make it this far they will stay open for American football.

Questionable books should only be played from June until January if they cater to American sports. It's never recommended to play at questionable books but for those that consider risk/reward there are periods that are safer than others.

BTCBook downgraded from "D+" to "F"

BTCBook still not paying crazy
Quote
Do not use this sports book!

I am waiting 2 weeks 16 days now to make a withdrawal, they don't answer my emails anymore.
There are 3 options:
They are completely incompetent to run a sportsbook
It's a scam
they don't have BTC to payout anybody

Either way, do not use this sportsbook!

edit- They have been replying to communications but have not paid.

Sportsbettingonline.ag has stolen $8,200 from me last spring. After unsuccessfully trying to deal with them I contacted SBR. You can see my case here:

http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbettingonline/

SportsbettingOnline player has $8,200 in limbo

09.17.2014A SportsbettingOnline (SBR rating C-) player has had $8,200 in limbo for going on three months. The player opened their account with a $500 deposit in the summer of 2014 and increased the total balance to approximately $8,700. A successful $500 payout was made via bitcoins, which was the maximum at the time per house rules. The following payout request was allegedly instantly declined by SportsbettingOnline. The player claims to have been given no information on what to do to receive the account balance, and has been locked out from making additional wagers. SBR has attempted to speak with SportsbettingOnline three times concerning the player's dispute. The latest correspondence - dated August 24 - was initiated via live help where a manager claimed to be investigating the player's complaint. No update was provided, and the player remains in the dark on why the remaining balance is in limbo.

The sporstbook seems to have refused to talk to SBR. After that, SBR downgraded their rating from C- to D+:

http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sbr-news/sportsbettingonline-downgraded-d-50194/

My correspondence with SBR over email was through Matt. I last heard from him back in November, saying they're doing their best but can't seem to get nowhere with the sportsbook.

Then, about a month ago, the sportsbook was upgraded back to it's previous rating of C-:

Sportsbook Rating Change: SportsbettingOnline to C-

02.03.2015SportsbettingOnline management satisfactorily addressed the few outstanding issues reported on the SBR newswire and opened a line of communication with SBR for further player complaints. The rating has been adjusted from D+ to C-.

My issue was never resolved. I tried contacting Matt to see what this was about, but almost a month later I received no response from him. I tried emailing SBR's mailbox directly, no answer. I tried posting on SBR forum, but my account was instantly deemed as a spammer so I couldn't get through that way either.

Anyone has any ideas how I should proceed? This book is supposedly regulated, they were in the bussines prior to bitcoin. They won't talk to me, they initially do but then quickly after that support closes my ticket. Does anyone have an alternative way to contact them?

Meanwhile, here, their sister book BetOWI is still rated as C-.

Shoot me your account # and permission to look into the count. I highly doubt that I can do anything since I don't have a relationship with them and they are a cash book but will at least make an attempt.
