That "beta" is clearly visible. You just need to post the picture in bigger resolution than 400x300...
Please do. You don't need extraordinary awareness to see it. https://www.zenminer.com/cloud/I don't see how this is the bigger resolution version of my screenshot. To me this looks like a completely different page. I appreciate your effort but you're in a universe of your own as usual. Why you're feeding a known troll to this thread? I'm sorry. I shall never TM do that again. TBH I just unignored him this morning because I was getting bored Haha, we will forgive u!

You couldn't see the beta word so I hope you noticed it there in the other universe.

No solution for my ticket so far. Got a response with a question about what had happened. So far no missing hashlet reinstated. It was added to the spreadsheet of the tech department that's going over missing hashlets.

So that answers the question in the thread's title then. It exists. In the spreadsheet. I wonder if it's still mining while it's in the spreadsheet, or if it's like Schrodinger's cat - we won't know until support looks into it.

They lowered the pricing of most of the hashlets!!!
Time to grab more!
The zenhashlet is like $17.95 now. Still the best paying cloud mining out there.
Genesis Mining is like falling off the cliff now in daily profits. Hopefully it will bounce back but gawminning is where it's at.
Update:
Looks like the lower prices are only available on the cloud.zenminer site. So you can't use your credit card to buy the cheaper priced hashlets. They need to lower the genesis hashlets to $5. $8.95 is still too expensive..

Right. At bitcoin price of $360 Bitcoin Cloud Services sells 10 gHs for $7.20.

I don't think anyone has sold a prime unless they sold the whole account. At this point the cash flow from Primes is nice enough that I don't sweat not being able to sell it and get cheaper Zens. I wish I didn't have to do the double-dip gimmick but I'm grateful it even exists at all. Also, if you don't know this, DO NOT boost if you double dip. It might have been stated somewhere but in case you didn't know, using the boost will cause your double dip reset time to go back by 2 hours.

There are no first amendment rights on someone else's bulletin board. I've been banned several weeks now and it's great, I don't even go there any more and I'm much happier now.
There are probably trade rules against retaliation against customers as a general practice, which cover critical reviews.

There are probably trade rules against retaliation against customers as a general practice, which cover critical reviews. I think it's much simpler than that. They can't take away something you paid for (i.e. hashlets; unless there is something in the TOS about that) but kicking someone out of an interwebs forum doesn't constitute any breach of contract as far as I can see. IANAL and all that.

The guy from Genesis Mining just spoke at hashers united. There's a stream here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aHX34MbXuOk#t=6710GAW Josh is going to be tomorrow. I think he was today as well, but I missed it. I would buy some Hashlet Genesis but I just can't pay the $8.95 per 10 gh/s pricing....Come on GAW lower that to $5 per 10 GH/s and I am in...or turn on the Prime where it can mine Sha and scrypt

Your doing better than mining with your own equipment...I got about 2 Th/s and 45 mh/s running local and I don't come anywhere near ZenCloud. Power cost are killing me...I am about to go all in in the cloud....I wish Genesis Mining would get its act together..... I got some Hash there but Its like not doing too good..I wish I would have just bought more Zenhashlets.....or got the primes when they were cheap back in the day.

There is a major outage at GAW's data center(s). But that's for schmucks who still have hosted hardware miners with them. Magic hashlets are not affected by this. I think. Edited 2020-11-27 to fix a broken imageinfo@gawminers.com1 day ago We are currently experiencing an outage at one of our data-centers. We have techs on site working on this. I'll keep you updated as a solution is found. info@gawminers.com23 hours ago We are still working diligently to fix the connectivity issue in one of our data centers. Both the primary and fail-over up-links have become unresponsive. I'm guesstimating about 90 minutes more to find a solution. info@gawminers.com23 hours ago We've just gotten about two thirds of the down miners back online. The rest should follow shortly. info@gawminers.com2 hours ago We are currently replacing some of the major pieces of our network infrastructure to fix the recent connectivity problems. We are currently at about 60% of normal operations. We're working as fast as we can to get that other 40% up and running right now.

Give them your money So it wasn't a ponzi when you bought hashlets from them, but now it is because they refused to cancel your marketplace transaction. LOL And for your information the jet was financed with his private money.
