@ Dev Team: Martin Allien of AllienWorks has confirmed (via Twitter) that he is willing to add SLG to his online icon pack. He requests that he be pointed in the directed to SLG's official logo; "vector or bitmap will do". Personally, I haven't a clue about that. Is this something the Dev Team could take care of, please? Cheers. Martin Allien (@AllienWorks) http://labs.allienworks.net/icons/cryptocoins/Sterling Sentinel

Please let us know if this does not serve @AlienWorks purpose. Thanks!

Yes. Spencer, Matthew, and myself (Steven) are working on many other projects but, we by no means have abandoned our gem, Sterlingcoin. In fact we are working on ways to incorporate Sterlingcoin into some of these other projects in honest efforts to enrich Sterlingcoin while performing our many other obligations. Announcements will be made when appropriate. Matthew and myself just had a conversation the other day of updating the Sterlingcoin code also. Due to obligations both personal and professional we are unable to immediatly do this. Both our schedules look more promising to do this mid-summer. I was just interviewed tonight again by CoinTelegraph also. Some free publicity en route from them again by ways of another article. So while yes, priorities do need to change focus, none are lost. Thank you to all the community members for respecting and understanding we do have other obligations.

I would actually like to incorporate SLG into our current projects, including a digital p2p marketplace.. I was trying to download the wallet from the site but I had some issues and the email on github returned permanent failure so I was unsure of the status

Ah, I see. Sure github must still have an old @sterlingcoin.org.uk email address. Where you able to resolve your issue or are you in need of assistance in any way?

I already poster this to Silkcoin thread, but since Spencer has been/is closely related to SLG, thought I'd post this here too to show my trust for these guys behind SLG: Hey guys, Wanted to share a little teaser with you about my current project when it comes to cryptos... I've been mining before with R9-280Xs mostly (2 sets of 3 cards) and few 750ti on top of that. I've also been trading cryptos at Cryptsy, Bittrex, Poloniex etc for few years and been interested in this field. I'm not going to mention how much I've put into this, but instead going to share something that has to do with Silk Network ltd. I needed more GPUs for my new rigs and asked Spencer Lievens if he had any good store in mind to fill my needs. I wanted to buy 20 GPUs, 750ti and good motherboards on top of that. He said sure, he can arrange it for reasonable price through Silk Network ltd. The offer I got from them was good so we made a deal. I sent him (Spencer/Silk Network ltd) the money and he posted me mobos and GPUs. Fast delivery straight to door to Finland. Heres a few photos to start with and I will be writing a better review about em and take photos of my new rigs as I build em up. Still missing my riser cables I ordered from China. Sorry for any spelling mistakes, not a native speaker. https://i.imgur.com/3o0mA7m.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/ykgMoLy.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/RSzDp1j.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/6agpmeH.jpg

PoS is working good for this coin, the only thing is the lack of good news or any news at all. This community has hold tight to the coins they have. Just a few sells. Kiitos käynnistä

Sterling SentinelIf you look at the silkcoin that they have been working on for an year now, there they say that they are going to release a multipool for the silk coin only. They maybe release another that that can payout also in other coins and also in SLG as they said in this thread for over 1 year ago. If they release a multipool it will not make this coin more populare. It needs much more after so long silence. Prohashing already pays out in SLG if you scrypt mine. I can say that I got really disappointed when I saw that information that they soon are going to release a multipool for payout in silkcoin only, because it has been promised here for over an year ago and nothing have happened. Coin was forked and it took a long time for them to fix it. This coin has been in limbo for over a year now. Its working but as a user said "boring".

Nobody wants to buy into a coin with no progress. I put in a lot of work and tipped and paid ppl to vote it into cryptopia. I still hold my coins but I starting to think why? They work on other coins and still the multipool that have nothing to do with this coin except that it can also payout in SLG are not released after more than 1 year. I will not put more advertising or work into this if it still just going to be without working devs. It needs more than tweets or a new merchant to atract ppl. There are a lot of other coins that have much more progress and with working devs. Ppl will buy into them and not into a sleeping coin.

As you probably have already read about, the Bank of England and some consultancies are talking about creating a coin for UK. SLG niche market is the UK people. Nationalism is the reason why people will buy SLG. Multipool wont change anything. Merchants and new users will. I agree we need active devs, but they need to be focused in something useful. SLG need things to attack new users thinking more in the next btc adoption phase than in the actual crypto space Adapt some games to be paid in SLG would be something interesting... (btc and dgb had already done it, but they're focus in different markets)

It should be the same because you can mine and get an payout in another coin and you can exchange coins. So the coding should be same as the promised cystum multipool. The only thing is with the weaver you just get silk coin as a payout. We are still waiting for the cystum but I think after over one year it will not benefit this coin in any way.
