Thank you for the explanation those numbers. I use Java because I have installed W7 64 bit and I did not found any C miner for windows Totally forgot about the fact that the C miner is linux only... guess you're stuck with JAVA unless you start mining with a Linux virtual machine. |

Guys i am mining on devs v2 pool: http://178.62.39.204:8121i can see my account number in allovwed users , but it is not in balance and shares statistic. How offten is it refreshing ? Or am i doing something wrong? Miner is submitting shares , looks ok . |

Which should have at most a very minor impact on your mining performance To be honest I haven't compared the RAM usage but JAVA being the memory hog it is, I assume it eats a lot more than the C version. |

I just got back from my vacation to see that Bittrex has not added BURST, and the BURST block explorer is down.
What is wrong with this world???

Windows needs a driver to read/write with EXT3/2 and I think Linux can read/write to NTFS with no issues. Maybe the coding needs a re-haul and be optimized more.
As long as it is a shared drive it doesn't matter on the Guest OS what Filesystem it has, as reading/writing is done on the server. The situation I'm talking about is if you plug it in via USB/eSata or similar. Obviously, if it's done via NAS server or similar, then that wouldn't matter as the server can translate to NFS, CIFS, etc and would work as just general storage for all OS'es that access the server with some overhead. |

Hello, I started mining this coin and I generated 1x 40 GB with CPU and 2x 95 GB with GPU and my problem is , when i mining I see this Submitting share Error: Failed to submit nonce, retrying... Error: Failed to submit nonce more then success submit  I try tu count it and is 10:1 for Failed submit  . I also tried run mining with only CPU ganerated plots and also change the pool, but it did not help. Can someone help me with this ? If help ,this is my run_mine.bat C:\Windows\SysWOW64\java -Xmx1500m -cp pocminer.jar;lib/*;lib/akka/*;lib/jetty/* pocminer.POCMiner mine " http://burst-pool2.cryptoport.io:80" PAUSE note: When i change this parameter "-Xmx1500m" to higer value it shows "Java error - not enough memmory". Have instaled 4 GB RAM and set Paging FIle size to 7168 MB Did you registed your adress in the pool? You see a guide on the howto site of every pool. Yes, I do every step in guide , I also found my Burst adress on pool in Current round shares where there these numbers whit my adress 90602 years 0.0 8.3 (I think first is deadline but two other I do not know what they mean) and in All round Shares these a moth ago 0.79 [8] (There I also do not know what two last numbers means) Here's an explanation of all the fields from the pool announcement thread: Also if you're using uray's pool why not use the C miner instead of the JAVA one? I setup a private pool because I was having lots of issues with the public ones. I am in the process of moving my miners over. This is designed for experienced miners only! I will not be providing any support. Credit to uray for open sourcing his pool.
Fees are set at 0.

Yes the pool source is on github. The bandwith depends on the amount of miners on ur pool. |
