Need help using supersend

I have tried to use supersend to send a small amount to exchange to see how it works.
I ticked the supersend box, entered amount and address, pressed send then it asks for password, did that then nothing seemed to happen. The "S" indicator went yellow for awhile but the fund didn't withdraw from my balance and nothing was transfered.
I have done this twice with same results.
Why isn't it working?
What am I doing wrong?
and whats the "input" button for. It says automatically selected?

I think blkindex error means you have to download the whole blockchain again i.e. resync from the start.For that you have to delete all files except wallet.dat from supercoin folder from your appdata folders & restarting supercoin client.Also don't forget to create supercoin.conf with those latest nodes.

I have talked with Drew the boy who wrote our last article and i asked him can he use supersend, test it  and after to make a review and to spread the news all over again in his site, social media and so on, i told him that we can even send him some supercoins so he can be a holder too

About marketing,
well i have tried several times to be in touch with all the good sites that have followers and etc but i dont know why no result still, even Bittrex answered me after 6 mails 
We are a community please share an idea how we can promote better

I think that only articles wont do the trick,if you have a member friend with positions ask him to review supersend in that way they will be convinced without you even making a sound

and they will tell somebody and so on.
If we had more money we could arrange a lot of promotions but that is not the case right now.
So till then we are going to use every possible way to promote but we need you too

May be it didn't worked because exchanger where you are sending coins haven't updated their wallet yet or you are trying to send very little amount than the min. amt it support.

I should be rejected, so no joins lost. you can use this command in the help console getlastanontxinfo to see what happened with the transfer. Please send PM this output.
If its rejected it did not go. It may happen bad connection to mixer or guarantor nodes. You can restart  QT and try again and let us know if anything there.
