why can we use old fork like bittrex?
why they want to use new fork?
what is going on?
we don't know what's with exchanges. We informed each of them by tickets and twitter yesterday. none of them got back to us yet. We don't know if they are on fork or not since they no answered us back.

I think the best way is for dev to publicly notify all of them via Twitter. (All exchanges)
Use multiple tweets if you have to. Tell them why and what they need to do etc.
They all check it I'm sure and it's best way to keep a record / resolve it publicly.

You can retweet my old message let me post it again

https://twitter.com/CoinSuper/status/506743846156656640
Github source code will not sync correctly, do you test it?

block explorer on true chain and 1.6 compiled yesterday.

Did they sync from scratch? Or downloaded the blockchain? I synced from scratch, it stopped at block 428419 for two days.
They used our uploaded blockchain data. Because it was not possible to sync for them took 6 hours and seemed needed 12 hours more then i uploaded and suggested to use latest blockchain data.

We have great reward for exchanges daily %100 PoS coins. Usually  they don't share these coins with you. the longer they keep coins in their exchange more they can produce coins.

I am afraid we may have to interrupt the relation ship with these current 4 exchanges in our OP. Because they not answer back we don't know what's with them. I cant hold in my OP not working exchanges so long.

And we may have to find new one and continue from there. I am watching the issue.

Contact Chinese exchanges like bter or btc38, that would be a larger change. Wink

So investors get ripped off as exchanges (and developers?) get to pump out more coin and dump on the market driving the price down. I've shut down my wallets and cancelled my buy orders, and I'm dumping my coin unless this ripoff is ended. We should have been told of this scam from day one.

That's the plan yes. We will target big exchanges. I give 48 hours for the matter understood. Otherwise i will delete the current exchanges in OP and move on by contacting others.

I am sorry if you think that way. We were target by others especially other anon coin teams. Also this is not the first time an exchange attack us.

We are still here and supporting the plan. Super was doing pretty well before fork issue happened. It will be sorted out we will do whatever.

All,

After evaluating the situation, we will most likely not take the new fork of the coin and allow everyone to withdraw on the old fork.  We are waiting to hear from the other exchanges on their position.

We are basing our decision on the following:

* dev failed to notify any exchanges of an update
* the official block explorer was not updated leaving everyone in the dark
* dev provided no plan for aiding those impacted in recovering lost funds

As mentioned earlier, we are waiting to hear from the other exchanges to see where they are at.

Best solution here though is that the dev team make all the exchanges whole for this situation

Thanks
richie@bittrex

Supercointeam,

You can't keep saying that the exchanges haven't responded. This post, in this thread, is a response. As of yet, I dont see a response from super to work out this difference. Drawing a line and saying, 'well, guess we go to new exchanges' is beyond unwise.  There must be a cohesive plan for all exchanges & holder wallets.  Going to a new exchange will only further damage the reputation of Super. Pulling it from the leading alt exchanges will not look favorably in the eyes of potential investors.

Dev, you have been able to meet deadlines, produce well, and innovate technology, but your general manner of communication frightens me.

Suck up the ego, come up with a plan that doesn't leave anyone high and dry.  YES, your tech is solid, but the coin can't afford another public blow to its ecosystem.

BTER and BTC38 have less combined volume than bittrex, Mintpal, & cryptsy. Make the choice for your coin & community, not for your stubborn nature.

Sorry if this is harsh, but its how I see it. This is not FUD. I am a heavy handed holder of Super & believe in the technology/community, however, your PR needs serious work.

Nobody forced you to issue or allow 'special' coins for a ripoff elite... or keep genuine investors in the dark about the scam. There's ZERO chance of this coin ever taking off now it's out in the open. Nobody will trust a coin that extra weight to a controlling clique. How many of these coins are there? What are the addresses? You might as well come clean with the rest of this shameful fiasco.

any decision is better than no decision.
I am listening you. I listened before my community. I always take my community before my wishes. That's why we made so many things in a short time. We will listen you. I hope we have still time to fix the issue.

Supercoin is great coin with advanced technology. Its probably most advanced coin in terms of anonymous technology. It is far beyond the current mixer based coins. We had problems before (fud and fork) but it's fact that before the latest fork we were rising.

I believe we can continue as a greater community and speak our project many others.

Greater community... with exchanges?

Exchanges had 100% POS on daily basis?

Who knows where the cold wind blows, maybe I'm gonna return one day.

Yes exchanges are no different than usual wallets. Like you can stake they can do as well unless they close staking in conf file.

Can some third party translate me from english to english?

I am non-native english speaker , so there is slight chance i didn't understand well...

Exchanges had terms like this: Today 100 coins, tomorrow 200 coins, the day after tomorrow 400 coins... 100% daily is that?

Who knows where the cold wind blows, maybe I'm gonna return one day.

Get it right at least. Exchanges ARE different. They get 100% proof of stake to undermine investors with their own product.
