Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

If I understood this correctly, you're asking the same thing everyone else is.  It's because the blockchain is slow.  The difficulty algorithm will switch at 16300 and things will start moving faster.  Until then, wait for someone to mine a block.  Your wallet will show as synchronized as soon as it happens.

I downloaded new version. Now please guid me step by step. How to?

Step 1: Close the old wallet.
Step 2: Back up your wallet.dat.
Step 3: Extract the new wallet from the zip somewhere. (All the files.)
Step 4: Open the new wallet.

A bit more information would allow us to help you better.  What problems are you experiencing?

To put it very plain, for those who do not understand why their wallet appears to not by sync'ing:

Coins move through the blockchain when miners solve blocks. The coins don't move if blocks aren't being solved. The higher the difficulty goes, the longer it takes to solve a block. If the difficulty gets high in relation to the payout for the time spent mining, miners move to a more profitable coin. If miners stop mining because difficulty gets high and/or payload goes low, the blockchain moves slower or may halt entirely.

Everyone deserves to understand this and coin developers should be more clear about this. Not everyone understands the infrastructure that makes it all work.

It may also help people understand WHY there are block rewards and WHY miners sell (some call it dump) their coins on the exchange. The block rewards PAY for the miners time and equipment expense. In return for the reward, YOUR coins get delivered where you want them sent...

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Ok. I opened my old wallet and next clicked file/backup wallet and saved my wallet in a safe place. (Just I have 2 LTCD address in my wallet, Are both saved?)

Now I want to install the new one somewhere and next I don't know how to add my wallet.dat in it?

If you did NOT delete your wallet.dat, it is still where it always was. Just install the new software and run it. If you have a problem with your wallet not showing up when you run the new version, come back and let us know.

you did the translation correct  Cheesy
