The difficulty will change and blocks will become much easier to find. Put simply, blocks will be back on target and moving the coins won't take as long because confirmations will be quicker.

because of very high difficulties, to mine one block is very hard. To have available mined coins you need 10 confirmed blocks.With low hash rate this can take long time. many people are blocked now in confirmations and cant access their coins. On this way we are helping community and the other people to access to their coins. After block 16 300, diff is too much down and problem is resolved.
