http://imgur.com/a/YUUG0 Preview of the site! It's a pre alpha status but the framework is laid out. Now off to bed for the night. I'll look at comments tomorrow. Thanks for being a part of out community all. It's inspiring as a designer to get to help out with such a great project like this one here.

Becuase then we will see more of Vids 3s friends come on and vote for his, or he will make accounts like he tried yesterday.
Don't worry. I'm sure that the final results will come up right. It's a pure cheating to ask someone who has not been related to the event to vote for you or your friend. No one likes such cheating. well you have my vote
You have my support too. From my point of view, in such case, the 2nd gen should be finished and implemented by the end of this year (2 months time) so we could start implementing POS and other features from next year. It seems self eveident that the current delay of the features seem to be detrimental to popularity of the coin I find it dangerous for us to impose an ETA. I think most of us are not programmers and thus don't have a good understanding on how much work is involved in developping those gen 2 features. So if we were to force an ETA, this would mean more work has to be done in the same time frame which could allow more bugs to pop up due to the lack of time available to fully test everything before an official release was announced. we have been patient untill now so why not put in the extra effort to extend that. However I understand your thinking but it might be dangerous to start demanding a release date. just my opinion You've nailed it. I have a programming background and know quite well what's involved in writing code. While laying down code may go quick; it takes time to debug/tweak it. Now add to it that it has to work on different platforms (Operating System) and cpu's. Something optimized for an Intel I7 cpu won't work on an AMD nor an Intel Pentium 4. There have been comments suggesting to wait on POS until the 2nd gen is done. I agree with that. If we get POS now in the 1st gen coin; the 2nd gen coin has to inherit that code. It's less headaches for the devs if we can avoid that. Let's say that the 2nd gen is like a V8 engine. Requiring it to run a 1st gen POS would be like having the V8 run on just 4 cylinders. We, as a community, need to have patience and wait for the 2nd gen. It will pay off in the long run. Keep in mind that the devs have day jobs.

Take your time great updates. You should roll out the new site when you roll out LTCD Gen2, just a thought in my experience rolling out a new site never does anything for the price of the coin. But it may have a stronger impact when combined with a tech roll out. Just my 2 ltcd.

I agree that combined with tech it would even be better, on the other hand perhaps it might hold off new investors looking into the coin before the new tech is released. Most ppl are sensitive to nice looking things, and if they have two coins in mind they want to invest in but have to pick only one, they might choose the one with the best looking graphics first. (shiny things and all) New investors might help delay any decrease in price between now and the gen 2 features. So kind of a double edged sword perhaps? just my opinion tho

Hi Dev, Great idea and coin, and hopefully it will have a great future. Just a tip; a big part of the succes of the coin will be in the availability of the clients, wallets (i'm waiting for the osx one:). A lot of coins has proven when the wallet is not working properly the coin will die soon. secondly wallet and coin graphics, and thats where i can help. I'm an indie studio, and has done some crypo designs. If you like to see some samples, just drop a line @ case.studio@gmail.com, and we can try to work something out. Cheers , Case.

We are already busy with some things included the OSX wallet. I have drop you a message regarding examples of your latest projects. Also I just want to say to the community, today is Troll his birthday. Maybe some community members can drop him a message to thank him for his work and give him a small donation for his birthday... I wouldn't like to wait another few months fot the website. The sooner we get it, the better. We need to look serious
