Can't be right, are you sure you have to wager the deposit before you get the bonus? If true, it's a ripoff and the first bonus of its kind I have heard of The text in purple in my post (above) was cut and pasted from their website and from the email I received from their support staff. |

Promotion is called '100% First Deposit Bonus' so it works only for first deposit, if you withdraw your deposit without completing wagering requirements, your bonus will be void. I have doubts regarding how leader board works.
When I play Dice:
For 1 win of 0.00006 BTC gets me 1 LDP as it should be
but
1 win of 0.001BTC gives me just ~2 LDP
and
1 win of 0.01BTC gives me ~4 LDP
It should be ~17 and 167 LDP respectively.
The current method will reward the players who bet the most number of times/ For ewxample, I can win by leaving my compute on autobet with 0.00006BTC at 98% chance. It shouldn't be like this.
I am fully confused about the leaderboard and consequently made a loss there.

I've seen someone on another forum saying that you have some sort of a bug or something and he made 5 BTC with about 0.25 BTC investement . You should check that out.

I am really upset. Tonight I played live roulette and I lost when I should have one. The first incident was betting on black/red where I bet red and it clearly came up red and I lost. I played 3 more rounds to see if this was just a one time bug. 2 out of 3 of those bets were also recorded incorrectly. I am hoping this is just a bug and I get my winnings back. I send a very calm email to the support explaining what was happening. If they do the right thing I will post here saying it was just an honest mistake. I understand bugs happen. Heres hoping.

can you post any proof here? Its hard to believe you if there are no picture or videos about the bug.. I honestly didn't think to take a screenshot. I know this is hard to believe but my mind failed to think to do that because, for whatever reason at the time, I thought the Spin IDs were enough (and I guess they should be). It isn't a HUGE deal anyway because I only deposited like 15 worth in USD but I was winning before that so I believe I had quite a bit more. I am pretty calm about it. If they can't see the video of the live table from the spin ID it isn't the end of the world. |
