I am really upset.  Tonight I played live roulette and I lost when I should have one. The first incident was betting on black/red where I bet red and it clearly came up red and I lost.  I played 3 more rounds to see if this was just a one time bug.  2 out of 3 of those bets were also recorded incorrectly.  I am hoping this is just a bug and I get my winnings back.  I send a very calm email to the support explaining what was happening.  If they do the right thing I will post here saying it was just an honest mistake.  I understand bugs happen.  Heres hoping.

I honestly didn't think to take a screenshot.  I know this is hard to believe but my mind failed to think to do that because, for whatever reason at the time, I thought the Spin IDs were enough (and I guess they should be).  It isn't a HUGE deal anyway because I only deposited like 15 worth in USD but I was winning before that so I believe I had quite a bit more.  I am pretty calm about it.  If they can't see the video of the live table from the spin ID it isn't the end of the world.

i honestly thinking that they cant give you your supposed to be winnings about that for there is no proof to present atleast :/

After reading pages and pages on this thread I think I figured out what happened.  I didn't match the outside bet with an inside bet on roulette.  It shouldn't have let me place it without placing another one but I didn't know about that rule because I swear it let me to begin with.  If I had to guess that is what is up.

Guess you are aware that, being a double roulette (there are two wheels) , if you bet on red you need both winning numbers must be red to win your bet.

I hooked him up, thx to infos you gave me to find him, PMed and he replied witha weird answer with his referral link in it.

He has no method, nor provided any transaction ID to prove his winnings and had explained no bug.
My guess is he is only looking for referrals

Yeah I said the same thing , all he did is saying that you need some math and they have bugged something or some bullshit like that . and he shared his affiliate link . I guess it was fake .

I am a habitual gambler.  I have documented COUNTLESS hours of blackjack.  I have NEVER in my life seen the cards come up the way that they did for the last 40 mins playing on this site.  Also - the dealer still draws a card when the player busts (not regulation play)  just my 2 cents.  I have lost a lot more than that in my days - but playing for bitcoin is always literally a GAMBLE!  To see a dealer pull blackjack when you busted is just insult to injury! LOL

No it is not a bug, that's the way Double Action Roulette is played. While betting red & black / even, odds you have to match the color on both boards to strike for winning.
Unilke European/American roulette, it has x3 payout.
