Hi,
someone know how JWD Bingo works?
Now, at 23:00 i was in the Bingo room with other 10 people and a total of 646 ticket... but i never seen a number and no winners.
Why?
Where is the 1 BTC prize? It's a fake?
After a week... no news! Nobody won? Probably not... there've been winners for the last week's draw, no winners were announced prior to last week. they were fixing the game i think.

What is FJC (Reset PlayMoney) ? I have 100 and just wondering what it is...
FJC stands for fortunejackcoin, it means that it's the play money in fortunejack, so you can see other casinos have fun balance, FJC is similar to those money. Casinos offer this kind of play money let players to try the game for free. Therefore just play with FJC without pressure, if you don't have enough FJC, you can just reset it, the balance will be 100 again.

LOL, in the contrary, I don't like FJ's blackjack, I usually lost here, but I won a lot in other casinos, BJ here is against me, when I got 17-20, I usually win in other casinos, but I lost here they usually had 1-2 more points than me without busting, I am sad with my luck here. But I saw some other players gambles with 0.32btc, they won a lot here, it's amazing they are very skilled and lucky.

I am not sure about reviews, but throughout this thread, you will find testimonials from several players about the casino and their fairness. Sure, they have delayed payments to big winners a couple times, but that is only because they have a mechanism in place to ensure that those players were not winning unfairly. I for one, vouch for these guys, however, since they have introduced fiat gambling, i am not sure if many of the folks in the US would be violating any laws if they play at this casino as it is illegal to gamble in fiat in the US. This looks like one of those grey areas atm!

After a week... no news! Nobody won? Probably not... Ok. FortuneJack refund me the tickets... and this week the JWD Bingo games was played. I don't know why is wrote that there are 3 prizes for 1 line, 2 lines and 3 lines playing 90 balls Bingo... and Sunday at 23 started a 75 balls Bingo with 5 prizes of 0.2 BTC each. But, finally seems it works. I don't know what i won (0,36 btc) 'cause i wasn't in the room. Thanks to FortuneJack.

So far my experience has been less than impressive. First as per their website, I thought I was getting a 1 bitcoin bonus when I deposited 1 bitcoin. It says the bonus is instantly credited, but instead it's some sort playthrough like poker where I get little bits and pieces of my bonuses released as I play. So far I've deposited 3 bitcoins, and I've received a whopping .1 btc bonus. That's blatantly misleading and a complete contradiction from how they explain it on their website. Their website clearly says "We'll will match your deposit up to 1 bitcoin instantly and welcome bonus will be added to your account straight away."
Actually they contradict themselves even more further down their promotions page by saying "Deposit bonus will be credited only by wagering the currency you deposit first. " So what is it? An instant bonus, a bonus only when I've lost my deposit or what? I mean really guys, it's not that hard to create clear instructions and terms regarding the bonus rules. Instead you guys are talking in circles.
Then I thought I was getting 20% cashback on my losses, that didn't happen either.
Finally I sent a message to support about my bonus concerns and no reply. It's been over 24 hours. So in addition to misleading potential players with their bonus scheme, they also have lousy support.
As of right now I feel like this is an underhanded joint based on my experience. Since they don't want to reply to my support inquiry, maybe they can answer me here.

Hello Snooprock, first of all we apologise your email was misread somehow. The deposit bonus you are talking about is credited while playing, you can see it written in the promotion terms and conditions together with stake contribution table. We have changed the deposit bonus structure since it was launched, so we will update that part of the text as well. Thanks for notifying. "Deposit bonus will be credited only by wagering the currency you deposit first." - we support 9 different crypto currencies on FJ, so the deposit will be credited only in the currency you deposit first. Let's say you deposited DOGE, and after you deposited BTC and keep playing in BTC, it will not be counted towards your deposit bonus, unless you play in DOGE. What concerns to 20% cashback, this is a weekly promotion named "Unlucky Jacks", where we reward top 3 unlucky players with 20% of their losses, the table of week's top unlucky players is distributed under "Promotion Results" tab. If you go through the promotion rules, it is clearly explained how it works. The most attractive cashback system we have at FJ is Loyalty Bonus, where we refund 0.0015 BTC on every 100 points converted (There are several levels like Bronze, Silver, Gold etc.). It can be highly profitable if you play low house edge games combined with games like Keno and Video Poker. Hope this answers your concerns.

i can connect fine, its a little slow but that's about it, no clue what might be going on over there. The website is a bit slow because of Cloudflare DDOS protection system, we are working on it, will be fixed as soon as possible.

Yes, very slow, cloudflare sucks, all sites with cloudflare protection is very slow, your site was normal before you use CF. Can you use other CF alternatives, there are many sites have the same or similar features, don't use CF anymore, the other site dadice also has the same problem, CF slows down the site, sometimes, users can't access the site if CF is protecting the site.

Yes, what you said really exist now, slow support, and misleading bonus terms, there were many complaints about them, but FJ still not modify it yet, I guess they copied another casinos' terms that's why it's misleading and the bonus system is totally different from the current one. I remember 20% cashback is only for top 3 losses players per week, they refund 20% of losses of the top 3 players per week, so I don't think you have qualified for it, because many other players lost more than yours.

Can you explain how points for the leader board are calculated? Is the amount bet calculated into it? I see people betting less than I do and racking up a lot more points. Would like to know how it all works!!
Please refer to the following quote to see how the leaderboard points are calculated. What is FortuneJack Weekly Leaderboard?
FortuneJack Leaderboard is a great way to compete with other players and get high rewards. We offer Leaderboards for 10 games. By the end of each week Top 5 players will be rewarded based on the points they have accumulated during the week. How are the points calculated? Short answer is: Just by playing at FortuneJack! In order to get 1 LeaderBoard Point you need to strike winning bet of minimum 0.00006 BTC or equivalent in other currencies, this principle works for every game.
Example of winning outcome: Bet: 0.00006 Win: 0.00012 LD Point: + 1 LDP
In case of loosing the bet, the amount of 10% of possible winning outcome of LDP is deducted from your current LDP points. Example of loosing outcome: Bet: 0.00006 = 1 LD Point Points deducted: - 0.1 LDP
Please note, in order to simplify the Leaderboard interface and make it more user friendly, we round the numbers to the whole (e.g. 0.9 = 1), so although you may have 0.9 LDP it will be shown as 1 LDP. BUT, your current position in the leaderboard is calculated based on the actual number.
So in short, if your target is to get the leaderboard reward, you should be making lots of high-win-chance bets (such as 98% bets in dice), so to get as many winning bet as possible.
