Did not know they added new tourneys, checked them out and was confused at the point of them. Its obviously not being monitored for cheating.

I can't access the most games like dice today. It says "reconnecting..." all the time. Is it me or anyone else having this problem?

So I log on to see if the tournies had returned and there was a whole whack of freerolls that where firing off through out the day. Issue was no one said boo in this thread to promote it! Yet I see 286 players in the freeroll,so where are the advertising this site besides here that people learned of the freeroll? My guess is its a muliaccount war
Fortunejack spends alot for marketing here in this forum and they could be advertising at the other sites as well. Besides that, even before there is poker, the site has roughly over 200 players playing along so this is not something unusual especially when they had been operating the site for years

Internal Error Unknown error encountered. Please contact us with detailed explanation of your actions which preceded this error.
Customer Service is always available to answer your queries and direct inquires to specific departments. You can reach us 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Well, my previous actions were :
- logged into fortunejack with my login name and password - then clicked on games/poker.
Anyone else experiencing same issues or it's only me?

Used to love this site, but I have not played since the scam accusation since they can refuse to pay those people then what makes it certain they will pay me? Nah, I'll just avoid the site until they make things right and I encourage everyone else to do the same. This is very shady behavior on their part.

Besides this was unpromoted tourney meaning most people did not know about it,so your 200 player field is way off. Have to agree with Twitchy, you come off like a shill. @Twitchy I am not sure if I like this way of drumming up players, does not seem to be reflecting on the cash tables. Its obviously not with us in mind since everything is in a different language besides the title in the info box. Seems odd to not even address it here. Do you know where FortuneJack owners are from?

Do you know where FortuneJack owners are from?
Here is a partial copypaste from their "about us" page that gives some hints "FortuneJack.com is brought to you by a highly talented team with twenty years experience in the gambling industry. We have an incredible portfolio of work, encompassing Eastern Europe's leading casinos, including brick-and-mortar venues and online sites. Our sites are developed and maintained by the region's top software professionals: this allows us to offer you today's best, most secure, most innovative games, combined with a fun atmosphere for pros and newcomers alike. ....." Also you can read on their website: "Website is fully licensed by Law of Saint Kitts and Nevis, owned and operated by the "Nexus Group Enterprises", LLC" Then having a look here http://www.pokerscout.com/UntrackedSiteDetail.aspx?site=FortuneJackyou can read "Headquarters location: Tbilisi, Georgia" This is what I found but not being a good detective I can't ensure these informations are correct.

The red trust is about the video competition that they were holding in the past however it was lower than their expectation. So far there has been 0 case of people not getting paid from their casino winning so I can ensure you everything going to be alright as long as there is no fault play to win it

Until yesterday evening I could access site but now I'm also getting same error. I have tried from my computer and from mobile phone, both got same issue. Connection timed out The initial connection between CloudFlare's network and the origin web server timed out. As a result, the web page can not be displayed. Is only few people facing this issue or every one is having this issue? Need a fortunejack team help on this. Thanks! Edit - Now page opens but can't go to any games page, it keep on loading. It looks like some issues from server side.

Anyone else having issues logging into the site and dice? After a few try's i got into the site ok but when trying to load dice it takes ages and sometimes just stops, can't play dice at all. Deposits seem to take a bit longer now too. This one has 3 confirmations and still not available: https://blockchain.info/tx/5748bbe395fcac4123e3c027a2fd3524aef58598fc9acf860583be91011683c2Anyone else getting problems? Edit: Transaction confirmed after 4 confirmations and online chat said they are fixing the dice issue now.

It would be good if FJ would comment on what is happening with the site, 1 -2 days down and not a single post here doesn't look good.
It looks like primedice may also have some issues but i cannot confirm since i don't play there.

Thank you for replying. I just withdrew my balance until problems are sorted. No problems with withdrawing funds, works fine.
