Been waiting for over an hour for a 3.9 BTC payout.
Site says it's instant.
So why does it take so long?

The withdrawal for such small amount should be instant. The only reason I could think of would be that the hot wallet is out of btc so that is the reason why your withdrawal is stuck. You could always use the support form in fortunejack to contact the staff and ask about your withdrawals as well

Already have 2 times. No reply to either and its now going on 2.5 hours with no withdrawal. Just shows it as pending.

People have different timezone all over the world so you may not always het an instant reply to your mail but I can assure you that they will get back to you once they are online. THe hot wallet could be empty though but you will get your withdrawals once the staff fix the problem, they have just paid 84 btc with no problem at all anyway

What kind of service offers 24H customer service but fails to reply to requests for hours? Forget time zones. Someone should be manning the booth at all times.
Anyways... Something smells fishy here.

I don't think the situation is how you think as OP was online a couple of hours ago and made a bid in forum ad auction.I think it's the time zones but it is disappointing though.

Fortunejack is legit and paid huge withdrawal of 84 btc few days ago, i personally tested their services and playing there from a long time so that i think no need to be panic about this pending withdrawal request it will be get resolved soon as support person will come online than you will get paid.

Good to hear ,maybe someone e-mailed them bout this issue. However, the instant word should be edited if this is happening very often.

What I feel is, it is site owners responsibility to keep hot wallet always with some coins to withdraw, if they say instant withdrawal. Recent past lot these withdrawal issues are popping from this site. It looks they need to improve there service or they may lose many players soon or later. At the end they are paying for the people but instant means it should be instant.

Im sorry, did you sense panic? Im was not worried. I was just a bit pissed that an "instant withdrawal" took 3 hours in my case and as a first time user of the site it was a little displeasing.
Anyway. I just withdrew 500 ltc.
Let's see how long it takes to get processed.

10 minutes and the ltc is still in pending mode.
Hey FJ, you guys may want to change the wording on the site if you cant offer instant withdrawals every time.
Maybe a little *(some times withdrawals could take a while are are not processed instantly.)
Just a thought.

Edit.... 20 minutes and still waiting.

This site is the biggest bullshit.
Claims to have instant withdrawls,
makes me wait 3 hours for my btc, now im waiting 2+ hours on my ltc and talking to the live chat....

ANDREAS
Hello. How may I help you?
***
when will my ltc withdrawal be processed?
ANDREAS
in coupe of hours sir. do not worry you will be al'right.
LTC server has the problem and we are working with them
***
Im sure I will.. Why do you say instant withdrawls and then make me wait over 3 hours for my btc and over 3 hours for my ltc
ANDREAS
from our side we have instant withdrawals but it has to be processed on the chain
***
1st it was my bitcoin, now its litecoin
Listen dude, dont tell me it had to be processed on the blockchain. ltc take 1 minute blocks.. Im not new to bitcoin
ANDREAS
Yes, doees not matter blockchain may take up more than a one day to confirm your transaction
***
Now all you are doing is giving me stories
so your blaming this on the ltc blockchain? I need to know before I go post on the thrad
ANDREAS
When you pay extra fee to blockchain your transaction is process before others
***
So you pay 0 fees? and claim to have instant withdrawls. That is a blatant lie
ANDREAS
But if you don't pay them extra you are in the queue4:47 am
Calm down please
it is a well know fact
that your order is in the queue to be processed4:48 am
we had case when it took 48 hours

Fuckers......
these guys are scammy...

I think the server problems might have made it slow or any such unexpected problems because they recently paid some random guy over 80 coins for his lucky streak.Don't think they are scammers though.

The person that controls the fortunejack account and the one that handle support email could be not the same person so fortunejack is not aware of the complaint in this thread. So far it seems the btc withdrawals has been solved but the ltc withdrawal is still pending right now but it will be solved as well eventually

Yeah.. it got solved after like 9 hours..  Angry

Anyway. I've given up on the instant withdrawals idea with FJ but i'll still play there a bit.
Been waiting on a 600+ ltc withdrawal now for the last 20 minutes and it's still in pending.
I dont know if you guys who say you get your withdrawals processed instantly are just dealing with very small amounts of coins or what but I'm 0/3 when it comes to the instant withdrawal.

You keep on winning every time you post at this thread, thats really unexpected luck coming from you. Im glad the last one got solved , this time it will be solved as well, you need to have some patient though most of the time withdrawals is instant and it seems there could be something broken at fortunejack that make it unable to process withdrawals instantly . Fortunejack will solve it anyway sooner or later, goodluck to you again

I am not sure but afaik there is some problem with litecoin explorer or something similar cause I heard kinda same news at c-cex chat from their support. It could be something from server side but I wont be ok with the word instant if this is not the case.
