Few observations about Fortunejack:

-The deposit bonus for poker players is a complete joke. I raked 130mbtc today at the cash tables and got .0003 btc of my first deposit bonus released. So essentially, you get .25% rakeback extra from the first time deposit bonus as a poker player. It would literally be impossible for anyone to ever clear their deposit bonus. The bare minimum for rakeback on deposit bonuses should be 10%.

-They do not advertise what their rake is for cash games, and when I asked support what the rake was she did not know. From as far as I could tell, it was 5% rake uncapped, which is insane. Rake caps need to be implemented and the rake shouldn't be 5% for a bitcoin poker room.

-The stakes are very strange. There is .32/.64 cash tables for example. The stakes need to be redone to a more standard set of blinds with round number that are universally used by poker rooms.

These are just a few criticisms, overall I've been very happy with the action on the site and, although it's browser-based, the software is pretty good. Look forward to playing here more if they sort the above issues.

EDIT: One more thing I forgot to add. Higher VIP levels are almost all impossible to attain. Silver is probably possible, but anything higher is not. There simply isnt enough traffic on the site. I hope these are edited so that each can be achieved, at least theoretically.

Hello dear users,

We would like to respond to your latest issue raised regarding player winning tournament with unusually high amount of chips. We contacted poker software provider with the request to investigate the issue.

The thing is, we joined the poker network which consists of several operators (casinos) who share the same tournament list. Casinos in the network operate on bitcoin, as well as on different fiat currencies (USD, ARS, EUR), in order to distribute all currencies in mBTC in the lobby, we asked the poker software vendor to implement  automatic multi currency conversion feature. As it seems, there was a display issue (bug) which resulted an incorrect balance display, however, it did not effect the outcome of the tourney.

What happens in multi currency automatic conversion is tables and tourneys are configured in USD, and it is converted to players default currency and sent to a player for desired currency distribution. A conversion messages are done in a few hundred places in the code. Tourney tables internally use the same code for the game. --  By mistake, a conversion was done in a wrong place because of the latest update we requested to implement. The result was a display issue, however there was no impact on the game outcome.

We have no intention to manipulate any game outcome, nor access to that kind of features, especially on integrated provider games, so please exclude the possibility of us shaping any game outcome at Fortunejack. We always stood out with our commitment to our players, with honesty and integrity.

Played a freeroll and would like it if you could cut the late registration down by at least half the blinds.
Its really hard to judge how long a tourney is going to go when you get a decent part of the field registering so late in the process.
Looks like it also throws off the bubble. I thought 20 more players needed to be knocked out and we suddenly went hand for hand and the prize total never was updated. When people where knocked out it was saying 230mbtc but when I got tossed it was 260 and I ended up with a totally different amount in my account. Just some glitches most likely due to the late registration.

I have not checked the T&C of this new promo but I think since he said that player can play with 1777mbtc from a 777mbtc deposit means that the bonus should be credited instantly after player make a deposit. If it is not credited instantly after deposit so player will not able to play with 1777mbtc.
So it has different terms with the first deposit bonus imo.
