I would advise members not to make any deposits until they sort this problem out with deposits.

I would recommend that nobody makes any deposits into their fortune jack account until my small deposit has been credited to me account.
They advertise 1 confirmation deposits and 99% of the time they are right but i made a small deposit of about 0.0045btc today and 12 confirmations later and i still have no btc in my FJ account.
It is still marked as pending.

For your deposit issues, did you contact their live support? I had one-time same issue even after 3 or 4 confirmations my deposit was not showing but immediately I contacted their live support and she said sometimes it will happen and wait for few minutes. After 10 to 15 minutes, my deposit was credited. I don't know what is the real cause of this issue but I think, you surely get your deposit soon or later.

Its odd because I sent half that around the same time and it showed up after 40 minutes. Seems like they take longer than most sites for some reason.

No problems with logging in but deposits are taking ages today.
I don't play much but my deposits are always available after 1 or 2 confirmations max, this transactions now has 16 confirmations included 5 blocks ago and still no balance on my FJ account.
I have double checked the send to address and that is correct, beside it also shoes up on my account transaction history as "pending"

I have contacted support but they said there was not much they can do and cant push the transaction on their end, support did mention they were passing my request up the ladder so we will see where that goes.

I have a deposit with 21 confirmations now and still nothing available in my FJ account.

I would strongly advise not to deposit anything into your FJ account until they clear this "overload" up

Edit: 33 confirmations and still not availble in my fortune jack account, i will keep the updates coming.

FJ could you please reply to these posts and explain why it may take so long to confirm in FJ balance when you advertise 1 confirmation deposits, i will PM you.

Still not cleared.  I did ask them to push the transaction through for me but they said they cant do that.

Yeah it was something to do with Jacks favorites but it was like this 6.7/1 with the green check mark.

Getting a issue was trying to transfer on my cell but the copy and past was driving me nuts from my wallet so logged onto my desktop and getting this message:

Question about bonus (100% bonus)...I. deposited .005 btc and have wagered .621 btc since and the bonus just shows a question mark next to the account. Click on it and it says .005 btc bonus.
No idea how to access this or if it was cancelled after I busted. Do I automatically get it or do I need to click something. This needs to be easier to navigate or figure out. Thanks
