Question about bonus (100% bonus)...I. deposited .005 btc and have wagered .621 btc since and the bonus just shows a question mark next to the account. Click on it and it says .005 btc bonus.
No idea how to access this or if it was cancelled after I busted. Do I automatically get it or do I need to click something. This needs to be easier to navigate or figure out. Thanks

Is it your account not credited amount itself or your account got hacked by someone and finished your balance? Because one time my account was hacked and they finished my balance as soon as my account got credited and after that I added 2FA to my account.

If that is not the case, then mostly you will get back your balance once they verify details. Maybe you can just be remained them one more time. Hope this issue will be solved in favour of you.

I think this bonus, much like your last, is very misleading.

According to your terms, no play is counted towards playthrough of the bonus untill the player has lost their entire initial deposit.  This makes your promotion a 130% lossback, not an instant deposit bonus.

A player could deposit 777mbtc, receive your 1000 mbtc bonus, and wager hundreds of bitcoin before ever losing their initial 777 mbtc.  

After all that, they will be surprised to learn none of the wager went to clearing any of their bonus at all.

If a player were to deposit 777mbtc, receive the bonus, and win a single 777mbtc bet doubling their deposit - would they be allowed to forfeit the bonus and withdraw 1.554 BTC without any other wagering?

Playing in the $100 freeroll and the standings are still not adding up and I have no idea what the payouts are.
Did a quick total of all paying positions and it amounted to .01495 btc which is no where close to $100 and I have found the in the money cut off tends to be more players than actually listed. Would really help if you fixed this issue,will try to make a final table and post the difference in lobby and what I actually got. Will come back and edit.

25th is stating currently .16 mbtc in the prize info and .14mbtc in the standings and I have found the number I actually get is different. Will keep a eye on this as I go.

Edit:
Running time is off as well,states 15 minutes but it has been a hour and 9 minutes. Actually looks like the blinds and info is frozen at when I joined.

Final: 8th stated .48 and I received .4 so the payouts where balanced over late registration but the amount does not add up.
A prize pool of $100 should be .1 spread over the field and not .01495 btc over the whole field.

Confirmed, Bets placed from your initial deposit are added directly to your main balance and can be withdrawn, however bonus will be void if you withdraw before wagering requirements are met, bets placed from bonus balance are added to the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements fulfilled.
